After four long years of honing his ninja skills, Randy had finally done it. He had done what other ninja's had fought for so relentlessly for centuries, The Sorcerer was no more.

That was over with, now all had to deal with was McFist and that was fairly easy since it was the day before Prom, so he was already out of Highschool. After that "The Norrisville Ninja '' banished, most people never knew why, but no more attacks ever occured so they assumed the Ninja had succeeded in destroying the threat to Norrisville and decided to live the rest of his life in peace watching from the shadows. They were of course correct, and though they never knew the identity of the Ninja, they were grateful for all he did. With no Ninja, McFist resigned himself to just running his companies. It wasn't very thrilling, but he had no clue who the Ninja was or how to find him, that was that. It was nice while it lasted.

But what about the Nomicon? What about the mask? Well simple, Randy was now the guardian of them. He'd look over the Nomicon and the mask and use them if ever needed...they never were. It was a peaceful time before the mere concept of quirks where more than stuff you see in videogames or movies. Randy was free to live the rest of his life in peace and build a calm life with his now girlfriend Teresa and hang out with Howard pretty much everyday with no threat of danger.

Eventually Randy had kids. He was hoping one of them would become the new Ninja, but no matter how much they put on and off the mask or how many times they opened the Nomicon nothing ever happened, it had even stopped responding to Randy himself. Still, he knew that the Nomicon would awaken once more once the time came. Maybe not in his lifetime, maybe not even in his children's lifetime, but one day a new ninja would be chosen and it would come from his descendants.

The Nomicon and the mask he sealed in a wooden box with the markings of the Ninja carved into it and the key made from scratch with the help of Howard, it was one of a kind. Randy wore this key around his neck to his deathbed while the box always sat under his bed. Before his name was called by the Angel of Death he handed the key, the wooden box and the knowledge of what was inside to his first born and told them to do the same. They did, every Cunningham first born did for generations.

Along the way, Randy's descendants believed that the mask and the Nomicon would never awaken again. That when The Sorcerer died, the Ninja died with it. Or so (Y/n) was heard since they turned 15 and the box and the key had been handed to them on their birthday. Honestly, (Y/n) thought that was a load of bullshit. Not the ninja stuff, there was footage of Randy Cunningham acting as the Norrisville Ninja after all, they thought that the fact everyone had stopped checking if a new Ninja would be chosen was dumb.

On their birthday they tried to check, but before they even put the key in the keyhole their father (F/n) Randall (named after their descendant of course) told them: "It's pointless, kiddo. The Ninja's work was done ages ago." And that was dumb, dumber than dumb. It was the most un-brucest (uncoolest) thing ever, but (Y/n) bit their tongue for the time being. That night though they used the key on the box, it was theirs now anyway. (Y/n) laid eyes on the Nomicon, it was the coolest looking book they'd ever seen and books weren't even supposed to be cool! With gentle hands (Y/n) lifted the book and opened it. Inside were the stories of all the Ninja's written in an old Japanese scroll format, but while the stories were interesting this wasn't what was meant to happen if a new Ninja was supposed to be chosen. There were also a lot of empty pages in the Nomicon that only had the Ninja's symbol on the page as a design after the stories of the last Ninja, Randy Cunnigham.

"Huh, I guess the Ninja's work really was don- oof" (Y/n) started to say before they were cut off by feeling as if consciousness itself had left their body...they were being pulled into the Nomicon.
