There's four people in my family my dad said it looks like a girl and my mom said guy (more specifically she said the spanish equivalent of twink x3). That was 50/50 so we ran with it.
My sister and I spent quite a bit both time trying to make them pass as either, hope it was successful. Regardless this is the (Y/n)'s look that be in future illustrations :3
