Another day, another school day. Or that what was (Y/n) thought until Nezu walked in and stood on the podium of the desk.
"Good day, 1-A! You're the last class in my little rounds here. I hope I'm not interrupting too much, Shota?" Nezu said.
Aizawa sighed and sat down on his desk.
"I am here today to notify you of a unique opportunity for UA." Nezu continued, "As you all are aware, this year's UA festival was closed to the public and obviously that was detrimental to all classes outside of the hero course. So I've come up with a solution to benefit all. Mafustasu is holding its annual festival and this year I've gotten permission from UA to partake in it."
The class started chattering about in curiosity.
"The problem's usually been that UA being involved would mean taking money away from common vendors. What I've done is simply remove the money aspect... mostly." Nezu continued, "I secured a specific area of the festival to be UA exclusively, because we are going to operate on a ticket base. 10,000 yen for 10 tickets max per person. Here's how it works: Each class is allowed one stand to do whatever they like, first come first serve. People will pay one ticket per service they "purchase" from your class. The top three classes that end up having the most tickets by then end of the festival receive prizes. The first place prize being a week-long field trip to wherever the majority of the class decides." Nezu concluded.
The class chattered excitedly and (Y/n) particularly perked up as they raised their hand.
"Yes?" Nezu called out.
"Does the field trip have to be in the country?" (Y/n) asked.
"I suppose UA could easily swing an out of country field trip. Why?" Nezu responded already seeing where this was going.
"NORRISVILLE." (Y/n) immediately said, "Hear me out, hear me out. It's a super safe, basically gated, city with an incredibly rich history. Not to mention it's McFist Industries Headquarters that has contributed lots of places both for amusement and for education with state of the art technology in the city. The freaking history museum is filled with animatronics, the planetarium is other worldly and there's stupid fun stuff like the water park and motherfucking Whoopee World. AND you'd have one of the Cunningham children as part of the class. Staying arrangements would be a breeze and you'd get crazy discounts so it'd be a money saving trip!"
"Of course! Your hometown! Sounds super fun! And we'd save money!" Uraraka piped up.
"McFist industries does have such a large variety of educational value." Iida added.
"Not to mention it's the safest city in America so we wouldn't have to worry about villains." Sero said, sighing in relief.
"We'd even get to meet (Y/n)-chin's family!" Hagakure yelled excitedly.
That statement seemed to cause a few students to be even more on board with the choice.
Nezu chuckled as the class continued to chatter excitedly, "It seems the choice is unanimous, but you'd need to win it first. Register your choice of stand by the end of the day. Remember: First come first served."
With that Nezu hopped off the stand and walked out of the classroom.
Iida and Momo stood forward as Aizawa decided to cease the moment to sleep.
"Alright class! If we want to win that trip we need to come up with a stand that's sure to sell better than all others." Iida called out.
(Y/n) stood up at their desk, "Exploit the women and children!"
