As an ancestor of of Randy Cunningham, one of the former Norrisville Ninja's, (Y/n) is suddently sought after by the Principal of UA himself Nezu as a potential student for the famous hero school UA.

"Solve for 'a'..." Kaminari said, his brain frying.
Meanwhile (Y/n) was sneakingly reading a news article on their phone completely neglecting to pay any attention to the current math class.
-The former HPSC president has been arrested and is being held with no bond while authorities investigate the alleged whistleblowing.
'Hah hah. You bitch~ Get ownedddd~' (Y/n) thought smugly.
-The heroes associated with performing hits under the direction of the Commission are being put on temporary leave while it is determined if they can be held liable for executing commands. Additionally Lady Nagant is being released from Tartarus into a regular cell.
'Bummer... Hope Hawks will be ok.' (Y/n) thought.
-Current investigations suggest that most of the wrongdoings of the Commission were executed solely from headquarters and all other locations affiliated with the Commission had no knowledge of this whatsoever. As such they're allowed to continue operations while working on new programs to prevent this from happening again. A name rebrand is also underway from Hero Public Safety Commission (HPSC) to Heroic Checks and Balances Commission (HCBC). It is also said that this new Commission will include a few selected heroes to represent the entirety of the heroes of Japan thus giving heroes a voice in the Commission.
'...Wait- They weren't doing that before?' (Y/n) thought in shock.
-Public outcry demands the release of the heroes alleged to have executed hits under the commission citing claims of "grooming" and "duress". The tension only escalated when popular hero student Cunningham (Y/n), also known as The Ninja, reposted a comedic video that seemed to be in support of the release of Hawks. The fate of the heroes has yet to be determined.

"Fucking OOOWWW!" (Y/n) whined as they rubbed their forehead.
"Pay attention." Aizawa said, "As I was saying. The UA Festival is happening soon and while your class is supposed to participate you will not be the focus."
"Uh... Not to be a wet blanket or anything, but is it really a good idea to hold the festival with so much going on. Multiple villains attack, the VRP, the Commission is scattering leaving things more unprotected..." Kirishima argued.
"You have a point. But this is a chance for the non-hero courses to show off what they got. You get the Sports Festival, they get this and arguably the UA festival gets significantly less attention than the Sports one." Aizawa said, "And that's not even mentioning that this year the Festival is only open to UA students and a few exceptions."
