Finals week was a stressful time for almost all students, but when was one time a student was more stressed out than your average student? Well, it was when a student is taking on their finals and taking on tutoring other students for their finals. While on top of that, trying the balancing act of going to a volleyball club that she doesn't even partake in, but instead goes to simply to socialize. Though Sonmi would like to think the reasoning behind her attending the Karsauno boys' volleyball practices was purely strategical and she was doing it to stregtheningtruly her volleyball skills, that was not truly the entire reasoning behind it. But Sonmi would rather than stick a fork in her eye then admit the real reasons she kept attending the team meetings.
Her feet rushed through the once narrow hallways, the hallways she once was terrified to walk down. Sonmi could feel her heart begin to beat heavily as she started to walk towards the gymnasium.
It had been about a week since Sonmi had promised to start joining the boys team again, but it had also been a week since she had managed to join them for any sort of practice. Sonmi had just simply been too busy with staying on top of her school work and studying for exams while also being a tutor for her fellow students and helping them prepare for their exams as well.
The girl breathed heavily as she walked through the doors that led outside, the doors had felt like a ton while she struggled to push them open.
"Sonmi!"
Sonmi looked up to see Kami rushing towards her, now opening the door, "Dude did you like fall off the planet? I feel like I haven't seen you in ages!" Kami joked watching as Sonmi walked through the doors with her books in hand.
Sonmi laughed, "Yeah, I guess you can say that studying for your own exams and helping others prepare for theirs is one way to commit social suicide." Sonmi could feel books begin to slip out of her hands as she continued walking.
"Damn, I was just about to ask you to tutor me!" The two girl laughed together as they made their way towards the building where the boys team room was.
Sonmi continued to struggle with her books, trying to not make it apparent she continued to talk, "So how are you and Tanaka doing?"
"How are you and Tsukishima doing?" Kami lashed back now giving Sonmi a smirking side eye, "Or you and Asahi? I never know who's the current lover is these days!"
Sonmi now took note to shut he mouth, "Funny Kami, very funny."
"Im just joking! You know I mean well!"
Sonmi rolled her eyes, she could feel a slight nerve being hit at the mention of her and any sort of boys. Before Sonmi could let her anger resonate her books had now slipped out of her hands onto the floor, "Shit." She muttered as she kneeled down to pick up her books.
