I put my head down on the table groaning as i do. Draco chuckles at my state and i look up shooting him a glare. "Who let me drink on the first fucking night?" I accuse as i reach for the coffee. Blaise scoffs as he looks at me and then Ed, probably the most hungover "Yourself. Did u not realise we have Snape first class?" He raises his eyebrows. "Whats with that? Like who the fuck gives 4th years Snape first lesson of the year?!" Ed complains as he shoves a piece of toast in his mouth.

I push some bacon around on my plate not having any appetite from my hangover. "Eat." Draco orders pushing my plate closer. "Think ill throw up if i do." I look up at the others as they all go silent. The boys are watching something across the great hall and Draco rolls his eyes while Ed grins shaking his head as chews on a piece of bacon. Blaise stopping himself from laughing by looking down "What?" I ask scrunching my eyebrows together. Ed starts to laugh to himself but clears his throat after a couple seconds. "Guys seriously-

"hey Sophia" i hear a short greeting from behind me, recognising the voice already. I turn around with a half forced smile on my face. "Hey Cedric" i look up at him. "Could i walk you to class? Maybe have a talk on the way?" He invited hopeful. I turn back to the two boys quickly, Draco isn even paying attention just staring at his plate and eating while Ed and Blaise smile up at Cedric. Thinking this is funny. "She's all yours golden boy" Ed grins at Cedric as i turn back around. "Yeah sure" i say standing up. I quickly grab my mug and chug the rest of my coffee and shooting glares Ed's way. "See you guys in potions" i look down at the two. Draco nods a little barely even looking, whereas Blaise smiles, Ed giving a little wave.

Me and Cedric start walking towards the exit of the hall and i look up towards him. "So what's up?" As a we turn out of the hall "well- um i just-
"Wanna talk about last year?" I interrupt as we turn into an empty hallway. He stops and looks at me debating wether to do something or not. "I missed you this summer" he mumbles smiling down at me stepping closer, which makes him tower over me even more. He grabs for my hand pulling me closer to him until our bodies are touching. I let out a little gasp not expecting it from Cedric and he sends a little smirk at my reaction. As he does i look up at him and bit my lip nervously. "Cedric i don't do-
"You don't do relationships yeah i know you've said that before" he mumbles out still inches from my face "so...were friends right?" I raise my eyebrows looking up at him. He breaks our eye contact and takes half a step backwards. "Yeah, friends" he clears his throat. "Great that's all i needed to know" i grin at him as i grab each side of his face smashing my lips onto his. After a second his hands land on my waist, moving quickly at the sudden action. He grins into the kiss and shoves his tongue into mine, my hands move to his neck and reach up to fiddle with his hair. He starts to back me up into the hallway wall...

But we hear a whistle from the end of the hall and pull apart as i turn my head to the noise. Ed. Followed by Draco, Blaise and even V who looks half asleep. They walk towards us, with grins on their faces except Draco who's giving Cedric a deathly stare. Cedric removes his hands from my waist, slipping my hands off his neck as he steps away from me. "Looks like golden boy isn't so golden behind doors" Blaise smirks at Cedric who shoves his hands in his trouser pockets and turns to them giving them all a little nod before turning towards me "ill uh see you around yeah?" He smiles but i can tell he's annoyed as i give a little nod in response. He stands up straight and walks past them giving Ed a purposeful shove with his shoulder. I hold in my laugh as Ed pretends to be scared.

"Who the fuck gives homework on the first day?!" Ed goes on flopping down next to me on the common room sofa "like i swear to god Flitwick better see it coming-
"Whats the douche on about now?" V flops onto a chair picking at her nails. "Flitwick! I mean why do we need to do a stupid charms essay on our first day?!" He pouts lying down on the sofa.
