a/n: so i rewatched millie and louis' live from a while ago and randomly got the idea to make this. i'm still working on the other disneyland parts, so here's something i wrote in the meantime

rain pours down in new york city late afternoon and the clouds darken the sky as evening nears. bored in her apartment, olivia's on the couch in her purple sweater, listening to the rain gradually get louder while being on her phone.

she's scrolling through instagram and trying to keep herself busy before louis comes home—she doesn't know how he's surviving in the rain. she called him an not too long ago and he said he would be home soon, so she just has to trust it.

now she's just switched from her finsta (her safe account where she can't accidentally follow her ex and have millions of people notice) to her main, though there's nothing new, just the benefits of seeing all her own posts since she follows nobody.

god, when was the last time i went live? she thinks. she doesn't really have anything better to do, anyway, so why not? she presses the live button when she finally finds it and her camera turns on, waiting for people to start joining.

"there we go," she says to herself. she leans over to prop her phone against a stack of books on the coffee table. "i haven't done this in a minute, give me a second." after she finally gets her phone to stay in its position after it slips a few times she sees the viewer count: 60k.

"hey guys. no reason in particular why i'm doing this, just bored," she says. "it's pouring outside, don't know if you guys can hear it. but if that's distracting, just let me know. i'll move to my bedroom or something."

the comments start to roll in and she can see that some of her friends have already joined.
