Lucinda pov

After I finished using the restroom, I was about to make my way back until I heard Alex laughing along with Katelyn. I was surprised. I wonder what happened when I left, so I decided to listen in on what they're talking about.

Alex: * couldn't stop laughing * Sorry, i still can't believe that you guys got turned into cats!

Katelyn: Yeah, the teacher did it to stop us from bickering. Unfortunately, that didn't stop us. All it did was allow us to go all out without being understood in human speech.

Alex: Must have been rough times with you two.

Katelyn: Yeah, sometimes. But hey, we get competitive. What do they expect.

Alex: Probably some well-behaved ladies? * joking *

Katelyn: * snicker* Yeah, probably.

I smiled and made my way to the couch to join them.

Lucinda: Hey babe, I see you and Katelyn getting along, careful Alex. I might get jealous. * I joke as I sit next to him*

Alex: * wrapped his arms around me* Don't worry, you're the only one for me. * smiled, holding me close *

Lucinda: Oh you.

We enjoyed our little moment until Katelyn started making gagging sounds.

Lucinda: * looking at her deadpan * Katelyn. Seriously?

Katelyn: I don't mind you guys dating, and all just don't be gross around me, please.

I was about to make a remark until we all heard a banging at the front door like someone was kicking, and then a familiar voice came up.

???: Katelyn~Sama, please help! Kawaii~chan and Aphmau ~ senpai need help opening the door!.

Alex pov

I remember that Lucinda said Kawaii~chan talk in the third person, but hearing it now feels different. Katelyn then let out a sigh.

Katelyn: Great Kawaii~chan overstocked again.

She got up and opened the front door as I got up from the couch and looked out the window young woman was as described. She was a Meif'wa that definitely is almost completely pink except her eyes that are caramel and tail being black and behind her was a short Latina woman with long black hair and also with caramel eyes and she was wearing a purple galaxy pattern sweater ,black shorts and purple shoes. This had to be Aphmau I've heard about. They both had heavy bags of groceries that almost fit to burst.

Katelyn: Here, let me get that for you guys.

Aphmau: Thanks, Katelyn.

Kawaii~chan: Thank you, Katelyn ~sama.

Katelyn took the bags to the kitchen, slightly grumbling how heavy the bags were and as Aphmau and Kawaii~chan were entering the living room they saw me and Lucinda at the window both surprised until they started grinning from ear to ear. Then Kawaii ~chan jumped towards lucinda and hugged her.

Kawaii ~chan: Lucinda ~chan!!! * excited *

Aphmau: Lucinda, what are you doing here?! * excited *

Lucinda: H-hey Kawaii~chan * patting her back * Hey Aphmau, we just moved into the neighborhood. Merry Early Christmas!

Aphmau: We?

Kawaii ~chan: We?

They noticed me behind Lucinda as i moved ahead to introduce myself.

Alex: Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you. lucinda has told me all about you.

Aphmau: Wait, I don't recognize you. Who are you? Did you go to our school?

Alex: Oh no, I'm Lucinda's boyfriend.

Aphmau: Oh I se…wait wait wait wait!!!!! I'm sorry, did you say boyfriend?!

Alex: Yes, I am, and you don't have to be so surprised.

Kawaii~chan: But what happened to Lucinda~chan's first ship?

Alex: Ship?

Lucinda: She means Ivan, and I'm sorry Kawaii~chan, it didn't work out for us.

Kawaii~chan: Oh, *started to feel down*…I'm sorry Lucinda~chan Kawaii~chan didn't know.

Lucinda: Hey, it's OK it all worked out now that I'm with Alex. Things have gotten much better.

Kawaii~chan: Really?

Alex: Yeah, of course meeting Lucinda was one of the best things that's ever happened to me, and I promise to be there for her always. * giving Kawaii~chan a confident smile *

Lucinda: * blushing * Babe, you're embarrassing me.

I see Kawaii~chan quit a moment until a smile crept on her face as well as a mischievous look in her eyes.

Kawaii~chan: Well…can you let Kawaii~chan ship Alex~kun and Lucinda~chan?

Aphmau turned pale as Kawaii~chan asked us.

Aphmau: Kawaii~chan No!!!

I was confused at what Kawaii~chan mentioned. I thought it was a way for her to support mine and Lucinda's relationship, so I didn't refuse.

Alex: Sure, go ahead.

Aphmau: Alex, what have you done?!

Kawaii~chan let out a high-pitched scream of excitement and ran to a door that looked to go to the basement, but Aphmau gave chase but failed to catch her as the basement door became locked. What was going on, I wasn't sure. Katelyn soon came back after putting the groceries away.

Katelyn: Hey, what's going on? I heard Kawaii~chan screaming. What happened?

Aphmau: Kawaii~chan is in the basement again!

Katelyn: Oh, I see.

Alex: Uh, what exactly is going on?

Lucinda: I'm not sure.

Katelyn: Don't worry, come back later and you'll see. * slightly giggled *

Aphmau: Trust me, you don't want to know. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to cuddle with Celestia.

She ran upstairs without another word.

Katelyn: Don't worry about her, and as for Kawaii~chan, you'll see.

Lucinda: We're going to regret it, aren't we?

Katelyn: Oh, big time.

I'm still not sure what was going on, but so far, meeting her friends has been interesting. We said our goodbyes and left Aphmau's house and headed back home to check on the movers.

Lucinda: How'd you like my friends? Are they everything I said they were?

Alex: Yeah, they were very nice, and I still can't believe the amount of trouble Aphmau has gotten herself into.

Lucinda: Yeah, her life was seriously complicated. By the way, why did you say it was ok for Kawaii~chan to ship us? I mean, weren't you a little unnerved by that?

Alex: Not really, I saw it as Kawaii ~chans' way of supporting our relationship, so can you really be unnerved when someone is wishing us happiness?

Lucinda giggled and held me tightly in a hug.

Lucinda: You are so sweet. I'm lucky to have met you. * smiling *

Alex: That goes double for me. * I smiled *

We gave each other a brief kiss and arrived at home to see the movers had finished and decided to rearrange the furniture tomorrow for our new life begins here.
