Mum and Dad left St Mungo's after two weeks because dad was anxious at first when he was outside. They returned to their old house. It was amazing. Two years after they settled into ordinary life, the wedding day of Neville and Luna arrived (Ron and Hermione also got married in the same month) and it was so romantic and mystical. Luna's father looked as proud as my parents. It was a great day. But it was now August 18th and a glorious summer's day in Scotland in Glen Affric just near a lake, and it was the day of my wedding. We made sure enchantments surrounded our ceremony as we made some magical touches that we didn't want muggles to see. I was currently in a white tent getting ready with mum and my bridesmaids Luna and Hermione. They all gasped at my finished look. My dress was an laced ivory strapless one with little elegant patterns all over. The bottom puffed out slightly and it had a small train too. My hair was curled loosely to the side and my fringe was plaited and clipped to the side. I had naturally looking makeup on. Hermione and Luna wore pastel blue one strapped floor length gowns and their hair were weaved with white flowers. Mum looked stunning in her floral blue and white dress and her witches hat. Music began to play and I linked my arm with my dad who was wearing a white and blue shirt ready to walk down the aisle.
The setting was just as I had imagined. The aisle was made of flowers and the chairs were wooden with blue bows on them. People smiled at me as I started to walk down. I felt nervous. "Look at Harry honey." Dad whispered. I obeyed and I looked forward. Under the glistening, silver archway stood the love of my life. My nerves disappeared straight away. I kissed dad's cheek, handed Hermione my flowers and took Harry's awaiting hand. After Bill Weasley said a few words, it came to the vows. "Savannah Alice Longbottom, I'm so in love with you. I fell in love with you for the qualities, abilities and outlook on life that you have. You brought out the best and the courage of me. I promise to keep myself open to you, to let you into my innermost fears, feelings, secrets and dreams. To grow along with you, to love you in good times and bad and will all I have to give and I feel inside in the only way I know... completely and forever." He beamed as he slid the ring on my finger, as he did so, a spark shot out, making an infinity sign in the air. "Harry James Potter, today I want you do know how lucky I feel for having found the one perfect person for me. You're the one who gives me joy an boundless hope and anticipation for the future. Every day we're together, you do nothing but make me happy. You make me feel truly alive. I vow to always stand by your side no matter what, to give you all that I am, to fall in love with you a little more each day and to cherish you through whatever life may bring us." I answered before putting the ring on his finger in return. "Beautiful. I now pronounce you man and wife. You may now kiss the bride." Bill said happily. Harry dipped me slightly before placing his lips on mine perfectly to the many cheers around us.
Our reception was in a marquee. We greeted old friends from Hogwarts. Before we danced, fireworks was set off from the Weasley's shop. Our first dance was very funny, we both couldn't dance still. That didn't matter though. It was a beautiful day and evening. I had become a Potter and I was surrounded by people I loved with all my heart.
