A couple of weeks had passed, Harry had become talented at potions (even better than me), he had private lessons with Dumbledore where he learnt of Voldemort's past and he held Quidditch trial for two weeks before he had a new team ready for the matches (he was Captain). Ron was the new keeper. He was very nervous about his first match. Harry pretended to give him liquid luck. They won the match successfully. We went back to the common room to celebrate. Ron was lifted and praised. When he was put back down, Lavender Brown ran up to him and locked their lips together passionately. As everyone cheered, I ran after Hermione who had just stormed off. I found her sobbing in a deserted classroom, surrounded by birds. I sat beside her and she leant her head on my shoulder.

"Why does he always break my heart Savannah? Why can't he see that I love him? I don't want to feel pain like this. Seeing him kiss her like that tore me apart. I don't know how I'm supposed to deal with that if he does it again? I feel myself sinking at the thought. I want him to be with me." She cried. "It's going to be difficult. Harry said that when I was with Seamus, he had to teach himself to block it out of his mind. It will come with pain, but you're strong enough to withstand it Hermione. Plus, you'll have me, and Harry. We're always here for you whenever you need us." I said. She smiled. "Hey, what's with the birds?" Ron called behind us, with a giggling Lavender on his arm. Hermione stood up bravely. "Repugno." She stated. The birds sped towards him, Lavender ran away. They pecked his skin, leaving red marks. Ron looked confused before running after Lavender. Hermione started to cry again. "I can always poison her if you'd like." I suggested. She laughed and hugged me appreciably.
