Back In The Game

CHAPTER 5

3rd person's pov

Aleah happily hummed inside the car. It was the day when she could visit Tagaytay. She will be accompanied by Manager Linda, Cory and their designated driver. They are currently on a Drive Tru ordering food to eat while on the road. Cory is busy looking for some tourist spots that they could visit.

"Or we could just go here, what do you think?" Cory poured all of the suggestions but Aleah only smiled. "Oh come on! Where are we heading once we're in Tagaytay?!" She asked in frustration. Aleah chuckled and patted her head.

"Skyranch." Aleah finally answered Cory's question. Cory's eyes twinkled and she couldn't contain her giggle. Linda is smiling widely as she looked at the two.

"We're going there after we checked into the hotel we are staying." Linda told them. Cory nodded fast and took out her phone to message someone.

'I need to post something.' Aleah thought. She took out her phone and pictures the scenery outside the window and captioned the location they are heading. In a while, they have arrived at the destination and checked into the hotel they are staying.

"Wow, It's so cozy! The view here is remarkable! It's like I'm in Baguio right now." Cory is in awe of the scenery outside the balcony. Linda just chuckled and went inside of Aleah's room.

"Are you comfortable?" Linda asked as she went inside of the room." Aleah turned around and smiled.

"Of course. I know that you've carefully picked this room." She replied. Linda sighed in relief and went outside again to unpack their things. The room consists of two rooms, one has two beds, and one has a single bed.

An hour later...

"Aleah! Are you ready?" Linda said as she knocks on Aleah's door.

"Just a minute! I'll just double check my things!" Aleah answered as she checked her things. She wrapped up and went outside where Linda and Cory is waiting for her.

"Let's go, Let's go!" Cory hurried them and walked fast. Aleah and Linda just chuckled and followed her.

They shortly arrived at the Skyranch. Surprisingly, they were greeted by Alodia Gosiengfiao. One of the big faces of the E-sports entertainment.

"Ate Alodia! I can't believe that I would randomly see you here!" Aleah greeted and hugs her. Alodia hugs her back and smiled.

"I am also surprised to see you here, little lady." She replied and patted her head. "Are you here to have fun?" Aleah nodded. "Who are you with?"

"I'm with my manager, Linda and my Assistant, Cory." She answered and introduced them to each other.

"It's nice to meet you in person, Alodia." Linda offered a handshake. Alodia gladly accepted it.

"It's an honor to meet the grand manager of the face of Prada and Gucci." Linda is flustered by Alodia's sudden compliment.

"Um.. thank you." She shyly thanked her. Alodia giggled.

"Where will you go first, Ate Alodia?" Aleah asked. Alodia pointed at sky cruiser.

"We're going Nessi Coaster first." Alodia nodded and bids a see you later wave. Aleah waved back and looked at Linda and Cory. "So, shall we go?" they all nodded and went into line.

KAIRI IS currently in game with his friends when he received a call from Coach Yeb asking how is he and him and his team will be flying in the Philippines in two days. The call ended and one of his friends asked about it but he only said that it was from Coach Yeb and their flight and didn't disclose more of the information for confidentiality.

"Anyway, who are things there in Indonesia?"

"It was fine. Coach Yeb suggested that I should unwind here for a while before the new season." He answered while playing. "Hit the Lord." He commanded and his teammate friends complied.

They are engrossed in the game until the screen showed "Victory." And Kairi is the MVP of the game.

"Nice game!" They said and each one of them high fived.

"I have something to do, I'll go back home first." Kairi told them. But, one of his friends suddenly had an idea and teased him.

"Oohhh, is it Baby time with SZE?" His friend teased. His other friends also followed with the teasing. Kairi could only smile and shake his head as a sign of no.

"I have things going on." He reasoned out and hurriedly went outside to go home.
