Chapter 3

"I almost miss the old lizard bastard." Match says.

"I bet you don't, I remember that thing tried to kill us countless of times! Especially when I first met him.. you guys threw me in a chamber with it!" Grey says.

"Haha- yeah.. but it was necessary! For your powers Grey, you get that right?" Mars says, laughing nervously.

Grey drinks down the small glass in front of him, "Gonna get drunk tonight than?" Match says, clanking their drinks together.

"Maybe." Grey says as he looks off to the side.

"Shit.. it's been a long time since I've done some drinking as well. I'd have to practically drink the strongest liquor in the universe in gallons to get even a little drunk.. I almost miss the feeling it gave- the carelessness." Mars says.

"Carelessness isn't good." Doctor says, he was as always serious.

"Come on- who doesn't like indulging in at least a little drinking?" Mars says.

"I'm so glad we got these powers, otherwise you'd be a damn alcoholic!" Veronica says, as she sits down on the chair with barely enough space for both her and Mars.

Daniela walks into the room and she sits down on a smaller cushioned chair, "Its good to have you all together still even after all these years." She says, sitting down.

Canel looked at Doctor as Doctor also looked worried of something, "What's wrong?" Canel asked.

"Hm?" Doctor looks up.

"I said what's wrong?"

Doctor runs his hand through his hair pushing his hair back, "Damn.. it's this thing. Lately I've been getting.. nightmares."

"Nightmares?" Sapphire says, standing up as she was surprised.

"Yeah, and he's told me all about them." Emily says as she swung her legs around as she sat on top of the table.

"Nightmares.. and how bad are they?" Mars asked, worried for Doctor.

"He's got it, he's tough he can handle it!" Match says.

"These.. things. I'm there.. walking through a forest, black and white everything is. I stumble across these.. strange mutilations of people- people with their heads blown off.. people missing parts of their body.. one of them I remember was-" Doctor paused.

"You don't have to-"

"A woman who was.. beaten up- her eyes looked terrible.. as if she'd been beaten to death and.. she held a- fetus. It was so small.. covered in blood and dead."

"That's some fucked up shit right there... Why do you think you're having them?" Mars asked.

"I don't understand. But at the end of them it always ends with one of them telling me this one word- foundation. And it makes me scream, scream my head out! And out and out!" Doctor got louder and louder.

"It's not a form of PTSD can it be?" Krutken asks.

"I don't know. It could possibly be some form of PTSD." Daniela answered.

"I don't even want to sleep anymore. It feels terrible, I don't want to go to sleep seeing those things. I don't.." Doctor says with a low voice.

Adam walks over to Doctor, "How do you feel?" He asked.

"Guilty, disgust, and.. worried about what may happen." Doctor answered.

"So not all the problems are solved in the end than huh?" Yousef says. Suddenly their eyes all open wide, as they all felt it, "What the hell is that?" Yousef exclaims.
