The door opens softly, the boy walking inside and peering into the dark wooden house with not a single bit of light within, "Hello?" The boy called out, taking off his hood as he walks inside, with only the sunlight to shine through as light. There was pure silence in the room, the boy walking inside as the door closes. Now only a single faint light lights up a very small portion of the rooms the boy walking toward the light. The boy sits down by the small light, peering at it as the wax candle flame was dying down.

"Get." A raspy old voice says, the boy looking up as he sees a strange figure layed on the wall, presumably where the voice came from. The figure seemed strangely shaped, it's torso wide and one side of it's torso extending more than the other side, two very small arms sticking out it's sides.

The boy gets up, "I'm sorry."

"Stay." The voice says, the boy sitting back down.

"Yes." The boy says as then looks at the figure, "What is it?"

"Shut up." The voice says, the boy being quiet. The faint of sounding dragging across the wood floor is heard, "Boy, how old are you?"

"13 Years old sir."

"13 Years, and you've been outside?"

"Yes sir, I can get you out of here if you're trapped."

"No, I'm not trapped. I mean, the city. Have you been?"

"Yes, I live by there."

A object smacks gently on the floor board, the boy looking to try and see what it was, "Boy, the city. How is it?"

"Packed. Like there's more and more people everyday, like it's getting more advanced everyday. It's- it's- it's very... Very much so expanding." The boy felt fear as he looked at the figure in the dark.

"How far away is it?"

The boy was silent, "Five.. hundred."

"Five hundred...?"

"M... Five hundred M's..."

"M's... What a interesting unit system." The boy began sweating nervously as he looked down still, "Why so far away from home?"

"I- I don't know. I.. I wanted to explore, look around this world." The boy says.

The figure coughs, "You looked around. And it brought you here, to me."

"Who are you.." The boy asked  The figure didn't respond, "Why.. why are you here?"

"A year ago something brought me here. That's why I'm here, nothing more you need to know." There was a silence between the two. Tears began slowly falling down the boy's eyes, "What's wrong?"

The boy couldn't speak, looking down at the floor as tears rushed down his face, "Man... Who are you.."

"Congratulations." The figure says.

"Congratulations on what.."

"Congratulations on making it this far, into nature."

"Why are you doing this, man?"

"What have I done wrong?" The figure asks.

"I don't know.. I don't know. You- I've never felt this. This uneasiness... Who- what are you."

The figure stands still, not moving a single bit, "What's your biggest fear?"

"Fear? Why... Why do you ask me this?"

"Because, one must know what they fear right?"

The boy hesitated, thinking for a second, "Leaving. Everything being left behind and me leaving it. Afraid of it all... Not being able to go back."
