Chapter 75

As Reiki goes back with the group, they face off against Frankie. Frankie staring off at them from a distance.

"A mathematician, a man driven by his passion. That's what he is." Sai says.

"You already took out Roser, you can take us all out at once, so why don't you‽" Clairo yells.

"Give it up, I will not kill children. I will never be tooken down as low as doing such actions, because I am not evil! I am not like you all! I am morale! I have morales and I will stand by them!" Frankie says.

"How did he know how to find us, how do you know us?" Sarge than asked Frankie.

"Questions, they lead you to go insane. I will prevent that, as having a unanswered question is the worst torture of all. I found you because of the men you killed. That group, those evil men. They tried to take me in too, but I forbid it. I found everything they knew about you all. They knew a lot about you all. Even what your next objectives were."

"He's talking about Timothy's group!" Postal exclaims.

"Exactly, they knew lots about you. And now I do too. And I know how much you've lost and even gained, so stop fighting! Only a few of you must go!"

"And who would that be?" Postal asks.

"You, and the adults."

Vahilda steps forward, "You're coming here to kill us? You would've done it by now, so why don't you just do it?"

"Because-" Frankie paused, he didn't understand himself why he didn't feel the need to kill every last one of them for his goal.

It felt supernatural that all of his intent to kill had gone away, "Frankie. That's the name, right?" Akira steps forward.

"What're you doing?" Johan says.

"Yes, child. That is me, of course you know."

"I'm the only one here who can realistically stop you."

"Wait! Akira you're proposing that you-"

"Yes I am, I'm saying that me and you fight. I am the only person here who stands a chance."

"Akira.." Postal says to him, Akira didn't even turn back to him.

"Ah, the boy must be out of his mind." Adele comments.

"Only one. I don't believe you do. I know what you can do, but either way I'll go ahead and let you have at it. And if anybody interferes... They will be immediately turned to zero just as Roser was."

"Akira, you sure?" Sai says.

"It's either me or nobody."

The two stand off, just a few feet from each other and they stare at one another, "Infinity."

Akira walks towards Frankie, with nothing at all stopping him, "Brilliant." Frankie says.

"But nobody should be able to touch him! It's impossible!" Reiki says.

"No, Akira is right. His power is almost a perfect counter to Frankie's. The math is right. The limit is to infinity, meaning Akira is at that infinity. He is infinitely close to him, cancelling out that so called limit around him." Sarge explains.

Akira punches Frankie. Frankie moves back, "I see.. I'm not a fighter. You must be, you are a child made into a so called man through violence. And you're the first person to touch me since I've had this power. Congratulations." Frankie says. Suddenly the very space around them began changing, the space around them waving back and forth, suddenly Akira stops in place.
