"Bye! And don't worry, we'll get that skank in 24 hours or your next kill is free!" Blitzø called nervously, waving as the client left. Everyone stood outside of the burning office building awkwardly. ".. when did we start implementing that deal?" Moxxie asked. Blitzø turned toward Moxxie, his expression sickeningly sweet. "When you set fire to my office in front of a client and our new employee, you fuckin' dipshit!" He yelled, shoving Moxxie. Splice chuckled nervously.

"Now, someone please tell me that fancy book is still intact!" Blitzø fumed. His hands were clenched into fists at his sides. The hellhound was looking down at her phone. "You mean our only ticket to the other side? Yeah. Got it." She replied, taking out the book from behind her back with the ghost of a smirk on her face. Blitzø's expression softened. "And that's why you're my favorite, Loonie! You get a tweat now." He said in a babyish tone, holding out a bone-shaped treat to the hellhound.

"Ew. Stop." Loona demanded, looking away and practically gagging. Blitzø shrugged, tossing the treat up into the air and eating it. Splice stifled a chuckle. "You're so gross!" The hellhound complained. The black-haired imp began to open up a portal. "Oh, stop. I get enough of that from my therapist!" Blitzø gushed. "Now, let's go lick some ass!"

The black-haired imp chuckled. "The expression is 'kick some ass,' Blitzø." She said amusedly, stepping into the portal. Blitzø frowned. "Mine's better." He replied annoyedly, hopping into the portal after her. Moxxie looked on with a soft sigh. "Oh, fuck.." He muttered, dejectedly following his co-workers. Splice's brows furrowed as they stepped into the portal.

On the other side of the portal was a red house on the top of a hill; a standard home for a human family, though it was definitely on the nicer side. The group of imps crept toward the house, grouping up beneath a window that oversaw the dining room. Blitzø pulled himself up to peek through the window. "That's gotta be her." He muttered. "This is gonna be too easy." A chuckle escaped him as he lowered himself from the windowsill. His gaze fixated on Moxxie. "Moxxie, you want this one?" Blitzø asked, sounding somewhat sincere.

Moxxie lit up. "Really?" He replied excitedly. Blitzø nodded. "Yeah, this one's simple enough for you to handle." He started. Moxxie lifted himself up to look through the window. "It's just a happy mother who just got out of the hospital," Blitzø explained nonchalantly. Inside the house, a blonde-haired woman was serving dinner to her family. Moxxie frowned, hesitating.

"Snooze ya lose, Mox!" Blitzø said, quickly aiming his gun at the unsuspecting mother. Moxxie looked conflicted. "Wait- are we actually killing a family?" He asked in dismay. Blitzø glanced away from his gun for a moment. "No, don't be a puss. We're just killing a mother–we're ruining a family." He replied with a smirk, adjusting his aim. Moxxie clearly wasn't keen on the idea. "But- h-hold on. Hold on. Let's just think about it-" He said quickly.

Before Moxxie could finish his sentence, Blitzø fired off his gun. Moxxie quickly shoved the barrel, making the projectile embed itself into a wall instead of flesh. The family all ducked for cover. "What was that, Ralphie?" The mother asked in her disgustingly sweet voice, clinging to her husband's side. The man's eyes narrowed. "I don't know, Martha. But, whatever it is," He stood, holding a rifle in his hands. "They're gonna be tomorrow night's dinner!" A sickening, almost animalistic smile spread across the man's face.

The mother took out a rifle of her own, before downing a glass of wine and shattering it on the ground. "Alright, kids; guns out!" She instructed with a crazed grin. Her two children quickly armed themselves. The entire family had insane expressions–their features so contorted that they almost didn't even look human anymore.

"What the fuck was that, Moxxie?!" Blitzø exclaimed, furious. Moxxie fell to his knees, placing his hands over his face as he struggled to breathe. "I-I'm sorry. They just seemed so wholesome and happy.." Tears welled up in the small imp's eyes. "I panicked!" He admitted fearfully. Blitzø's eyes narrowed. "Oh, who the fuck is innocent, Moxxie? From the moment of birth, you're already a parasite leeching off of your momma's tits!" He yelled, clearly enraged at the poor, shaking demon.

Blitzø leaned toward Moxxie, poking him in the head. "Get over yourself, you baby-dick prune!" He scolded. As Blitzø finished his sentence, a blast fired through the wall. The bullet grazed Blitzø's arm. "A new hole- scatter!" He exclaimed. He was the first to leave; Millie was hot on his tail.

Moxxie didn't move. "Come on, we've gotta go," Splice whispered, gently reaching and grabbing Moxxie's wrist. Ralphie and his wife leaped through the hole in the wall that they had created. Splice quickly ducked against the wall, pulling Moxxie with them. One of their arms covered Moxxie's chest protectively.

"Moxxie, it's gonna be okay. But we have to get out of h-" Splice's words of comfort were cut off by a blow to their head. Their body crumpled to the ground. Moxxie's followed a mere few seconds later.

Moxxie groaned softly as he came to. His head pounded as he attempted to scan his surroundings. He and Splice were tied to a sculpture of mangled corpses made up to look like a chair. Fear filled Moxxie's eyes as his gaze landed on the deranged children. They smiled at him. "Oh! Well, hello there, little ones! Aren't you cute?" Moxxie said softly, his voice wavering in fear.

The children's gaze fixated on Moxxie. "It's nice to have a new critter to play with." The two said in unison. Moxxie looked away, hoping to see something that would take his mind off of the horror before him. Instead, the small imp was met with an even more gruesome sight. Various human limbs on plaques, organs, bodies, and bones decorated the room. "Oh, crumbs.." He muttered shakily.

Splice, who had been quiet up to this point, looked over to Moxxie. ".. yeah. These kids are nightmares. We have to get out of here." They said, wriggling in the restraints that bound their body. Moxxie frowned, still seeming conflicted. "They just seemed so normal and happy.. I don't understand." He replied. Splice sighed softly.

"Things aren't that black and white, Moxxie. Nothing is as simple as it seems." Splice replied, trying to put some ease to the troubled imp's mind. Moxxie looked away. "I guess you're right..." He muttered. Splice offered Moxxie a comforting gaze. "Come on, let's get out of here." They said, struggling against the ropes.

The two children crept up behind the chair with a mischievous glint in their eyes. Splice let out a groan of pain. The kids had each grabbed a part of Splice's tail and had begun to pull it apart; separating the flesh. "Shit! You'll pay for that, you little fuckers!" Splice shouted as their blood oozed from the fresh wound. They thrashed their tail around violently, managing to knock the children over.

Splice slipped out a small dagger from their back pocket, using it to slice open the ropes. "Neat trick, huh?" They said with a slight grin as they freed Moxxie. The troubled imp quickly shook off his discomfort. "You go get the boss and Millie; I'll deal with the little ones." Splice instructed. Moxxie hesitated. "But- they're just kids!" He complained.

Splice rolled their eyes. "I'm not going to kill them. Just get out of here!" They said, somewhat annoyed. Moxxie fled the scene, leaving Splice with the two children. A chuckle escaped Splice's lips. "Well, then. Looks like it's just us now, hm?" They said, stepping toward the two slightly terrified kids.

"You know what? I'm feeling nice. You two may be sadistic pieces of shit, but it isn't your fault that you're like this. So I'll go easy on you, alright?" Splice grinned sadistically. It was time to give these little fuckers a taste of their own medicine.
