25. Rejected

Yoko's POV:

It was now around 12pm, as I walked out of Wednesday and Enid's dorm. I started walking through the hall, as I suddenly got a notification, I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and turned it on, Divina. I smiled a bit and clicked on her message

Divina: Hey Y wanna come over mby me and Kent are gonna go to Weathervane Weems let us

Yoko: Sureeee I'll come by ur dorm rn

I turn around and start walking in the opposite direction, towards Divina's dorm. I walk for about a minute or two, before I finally reach the door and knock on it, as Divina opens it "Hey!" She exclaims happily, as I smile and give her a quick hug "Hey, Divina. Are you ready to go?" "Yeah, let's just go meet Kent in the library and then we can go" I nod, as she walks out of her dorm and locks it. We both start walking through the hall, reaching the stairs and climbing down, till we reach the first floor. We turn towards the library and continue walking

"Hey, Kent!" I wave to him, as we finally reach the library. He smiles and runs over to us "Yoko's coming too?" He asks, glancing at me through the corner of his eye "Yeah, I invited her too, you don't mind, right?" "Oh, no, not at all, let's go" he says, as he starts walking, Divina and I following after. We soon walk outside and start walking towards the nearest bus stop, waiting for the bus which goes to Jericho to come pick us up. "Damn, it's so cold outside" The siren says, blowing hot air into her hands "Hm, yeah, it is pretty cold.." I mutter, as I walk a bit closer to her. "Have an idea of what you'll order?" She asks, as I nod "Yeah, pretty much. I'll just order the same thing I order everytime" I shrug, as she smiles, putting her hands in her pockets "Did Enid tell you?" I ask, as she looks at me "Huh? Tell me what?" "She and Wednesday are dating now" "Oh, that's nice.. wait.. WHAT?"

I chuckle softly, as I nod my head "Yeah, that was my reaction too, I didn't fully believe her at first, but I think it's true. She said that Wednesday liked her and yeah, now they're together" I reply, as she raises a brow "That's certainly surprising" I nod again "Wait, Wednesday and Enid are dating?" Kent asks, as we both nod at the same time. "Yeah, I guess" the siren replied, as our bus finally arrived "Come on, let's go" I say, as we all walk to the doors, them opening automatically and letting us into the bus.

Enid's POV:

I thought for a moment, before I spoke up "Hey, Wednesday, I'm gonna go to the library for a bit, okay?" I say, as I stand up from my bed and walk over to her "Okay" she replied in a soft tone. I smiled at the tone she was using, kissing the top of her head "I'll be back in an hour or less, bye" I wave bye to her, before skipping out of the dorm, as I start to happily walk through the hallway, walking down the stairs. "Enid!" I suddenly hear someone call my name, I turn my head to the direction of the sound and notice Casey running up to me. He catches up to me after about 10 seconds, his hands on his knees, as he pants. "Um, hi, Casey. Is there something you need?" I ask, as he nods "Yeah, I wanted to ask you something" I raise a brow "What is it?" "Let's just go somewhere more private, okay?"

I was a bit skeptical, but decided to follow him, as he walked over to what seemed like a more secret room. He opened the door and we both walked in "So, what did you wanna ask?" I ask and before I could react, he leans in and kisses me, I immediately push him away and slap him across the face "What the hell, Casey?!" I yell, as my hand leaves a mark on the side of his face. "What? I thought you liked me!" He replies, frowning "I don't like you, I'm taken! Why would you ever kiss someone without a warning?! What's wrong with you?!" I shout, clearly very unhappy with the situation "And who's that person you're together with?" He asks, crossing his arms "Wednesday." I reply, giving him a very dirty look "That emo?" He rolls his eyes "I'm much better than her and you know that, I can treat you better than she can, how is she gonna please you? She's a girl, for crying out loud!"

"You're definitely not better than her and never will be, now leave me alone." I give him a glare, walking out of the room, into the hallway, as I start walking towards the library, where I was originally supposed to be going "Enid, wait!" He yells, following after me "Come on, just give me a chance!" He tries grabbing my arm, but I quickly move it away "Don't touch me" The normie moved his hand away, rolling his eyes "Come on, you know a guy is better for you" he puts his hands in his pockets, continuing to walk next to me. "Why do you keep following me? Leave me alone or I'll tell Wednesday that you're harassing me" I threaten him, knowing what Wednesday would do if she found out he was acting like this "Harassing you? You're delusional, I was definitely not harassing you" "Oh, so kissing me without my consent isn't harassment now?" I roll my eyes

"Fine, be that way. I promise you, you'll regret rejecting me and I'll make sure of it" He said in a threatening tone, turning around and walking into the opposite direction. I was a little worried about what he meant by me regretting rejecting him, was he planning to do something to me or Wednesday? I decided to turn around and head back to the dorm, as I wanted to be with the raven after what happened. I turned around and started walking back to Ophelia hall

I reach the door and open it, Wednesday was sitting at her desk, writing her novel on her typewriter "Hey" I say, as she turns her head to look at me "Hi." Was all she said, before turning back around to face her typewriter "I have something to tell you" I mutter, walking over to her side of the room "What is it?" She asks, stopping her writing "Casey.. He kissed me" she stayed quiet for some time, speaking up only a moment or two later "He did what?" She asks, standing up from her chair, her expression looked angry, well, her version of angry. She was clearly not happy with what I just said "Where is he now?" "I don't know, he said something along the lines of 'You'll regret rejecting me' and then walked away, so I don't know where he went" she stayed quiet for a moment again "I'll deal with him later, are you okay? Did he do anything else?" I nodded "I'm okay, don't worry"

This chap was probably a bit boring to read but I didn't have any other ideas
I kinda have an author's block😓
