"He wants a meeting with all of us?"

Akiko Zenin with her head held high, is standing inside the meeting room. When Shinjuya stares at her, she doesn't appear to be lying. However, something must be going on.

"I don't think we should trust him," Shinjuya said gently. The table's heads turned to look at him. He swallows, "He just killed a whole village, should we trust a murderer, Father?"

Shinjuya lowers his gaze as his father watches him, reading him like an open book every time.

"Sir, what is the issue? Come on, do you really not trust sorcerers like us after everything we've done?" With a kind tone, Akiko lifted an eyebrow and looked at Shinjuya, "Or is your son still blame us for Toji's death?"

Exhaling deeply, Shinjuya receives a reminder that Toji is no longer with them. The one individual, he believed, who no one can touch. He assumed he was immortal. But he was not. The one man who never treated him like he wasn't anything lesser than any of them. Even though he had only known him for a few months, his passing nevertheless had an impact on him.

"Toji was one of us, Ms. Akiko," Shiu Kong told her, he is a share partner in his father's group, the anti-jujutsu gang. Although they are wealthy, they lacked power until they employed evil sorcerers. Among them is Akiko. They offered their time voluntarily to join the group. Shiu Kong presented Toji, saying he was a friend from college.

"Sir, you seem to have forgotten that Toji was my cousin," Akiko says with a lovely smile, "In any case, Sir, consider what you could achieve if he came along. He's a special grade; perhaps we wouldn't have failed if we had a special grade then."

Shinjuya gives a frustrated click of his tongue. She is discussing the quest to capture the last Azai, whether they are living or dead. A few months back, his father declared a bounty on her head. He still doesn't understand her value. He've read about her. All about her. Nothing noteworthy. She is not remarkable; her clan was. For this reason, they were eliminated from this planet. At least perhaps that explains why his father was trying so hard to apprehend her.

Shinjuya remarked in a low voice, "He might be a special grade, but he's nothing like the limitless user."

Akiko laughs hysterically. "Do you really think he's comparable to Gojo? Shinjuya, do you not understand what it means to be in a special grade? He is on a different level."

Several guys seated in the heads' chairs hold back their laughter. They are glaring at him with disdain. Idiot, they declared. Nothing at all, he heard. He's heard a lot of bullshit from individuals like them just because his father is the head of the organization.

"All right, let's set up a meeting. Let's hear him out." At last, his father said.

"But, Father-"

"Stop it, boy," His father screamed fiercely at him, "Don't you see, you're embarrassing me!"

Shinjuya chews his tongue to stop himself from talking more. His breathing is laboured. His ears are burning. With rage. With shame. Hold firm, for he could hear Toji's voice inside his thoughts. Don't let them see you. Their conversation has muffled as he concentrates on the white board in front of him.

The light is focused on the man on stage, and he is focused on him. He had never seen him before. Still, he carried out his homework. He is the same age as Geto Suguru, a special grade sorcerer who massacred a village full of defenceless non-sorcerers and is presently on the run. Thus, Shinjuya was pardoning a man who had demonic appearance. However, as soon as the man steps onto the stage, his sight shocked him beyond belief.
