"Hey", I say softly

Xavier looks past his phone, "You alright"

I lie next to him on his bed, "No"

"I don't like how she spoke about you"

"I'm used to it"

I scrunch my nose, "Well it's not nice"

He turns his head so that we're facing each other, "I love you for what you did"

"I know, I'm awesome" I smile

"Meh, you're ight" Zay jokingly replies

I stroke his face, "Don't listen to your mom. She doesn't see what I'm seeing, you're tryna get your life together and even if you're not going to school all the time it doesn't mean you're useless"

He kisses my hand, "Thank you baby"

"No problem, you can thank me in other ways"

He keeps ahold of my hand, "Still high I see"

I make a small sign with my fingers, "Just a little bit"

Zay reaches for my hair but I block his hand, "You don't touch the goods"

He tucks a slither of it behind my ear anyway, "The goods are gonna have to go"

"Hell no, I'm loving this ginger lifestyle. Gives me pretty privilege, you know I got a free mcdonald's order the other day?"

"That's because I bought it"

I giggle as I remember, "Oh yeah"

"Well anyway it's either you take it off yourself or I fuck you until it comes off"

"I'll accept that challenge"

I hover my lips over his, "You know we definitely won't be sleeping in the same rooms now that the secrets out right"

"Who said there aren't days where my parents are out all night?"

"I like that idea", I kiss him softly but he doesn't let me take it too far because of my current state, I ended up just laying on him instead... actually that was before I realised I was still hungry. There was a bag of unopened chips on Xavier's nightstand which I ended up taking, "Did you want these?"

"Nah you're good", He replies as he watches me with amusement

"Something funny?"

"Yeah your eyes"

"Oh shush"

"You think if I ate less I'd get smaller boobs?", I look down at them as I chew on a few chips

"I don't know, but don't go eating less. Especially if someone's got shit to say, and your boobs are fine how they are"
