"You never loved me, right?" Y/N asked coldly.

Yuki nodded hesitantly, "Gomen, L/N-san—"

"It's L/N-san already," Y/N chuckled coldly, "it's fine, thank you for telling me on our anniversary that you fucking love my best friend. Have a good life."

Yuki could only look sadly as his ex-girlfriend walked away, never turning back.

"Arigato Gozaimasu," Y/N smiled at the interviewer.

"How does it feel to represent Japan as an Olympic figure skater?" The interviewer asked.

"It's great! To be honest, 10 years ago, I did not expect myself to reach this place," Y/N said.

"And why is that?" The interviewer pressed.

"I had my heart broken," Y/N said nonchalantly.

"Oh," The interviewer said sympathetically.

"But it's fine! I doubt that the boy remembers me anyway; I forgive him for being a traitor," Y/N smiled though her heart ached a bit.

Yuki watched the show in tears as he regret what he did.

In the end, Y/N did not talk to him nor her best friend ever again. She moved to Tokyo and never came back to Okazaki City.

The relationship also came to an end when he realized that Y/N's friend was cheating on him.

It was sweet revenge, huh, he thought, if only I wasn't a traitor back then.
