Cheering them up

Yuki Ishikawa:

"you're going to do great, love, don't worry," you assured Yuki as you kissed him on the cheek.

"I'm so nervous," Yuki admitted, "I want to lead my team to victory."

"everyone does," you smiles, "and I'm sure you will win gold this year."

"thanks, darling," Yuki grinned softly as he kissed you softly, "what would I do without you?"

"shouldn't I be asking that question?" you chuckled.

Ran Takahashi:

"I'm scared," Ran whispered as he cuddled into you tightly.

"for what?" you chuckled softly as your eyes met his.

"what if I mess up tomorrow? what if my serves--" Ran rambled on as you listened attentively.

"Takahashi Ran," you said, "I don't care, if you mess up or win, I'll still be proud of you."

"thanks sweetie," Ran smiled as he asked, "more cuddles?"

"of course," you answered as you felt his hands wrap around you tighter, his head cuddled against your back.

Yuji Nishida:

"Y/Nnie??" Yuji entered the house looking sad, yet sweaty from his volleyball practice. You were in the kitchen preparing dinner.

"love? What's wrong?" you asked worriedly as you immediately ushered to help him put his stuff down.

"I did really bad today in practice," Yuji admitted, "I don't think I'll do well tomorrow."

"hey hey Yuji," you said, "you're going to do great in that match tomorrow. No one is going to be able to stop you."

"but--" Yuji stuttered.

"no buts, love," you answered, "you're called the ace of the team for a reason. So don't worry about it, okay? Go shower first, I'm almost done with making the food."

"thanks darling," Yuji said, smiling lightly as he headed out of the room.

"always," you hummed.

Kento Miyaura:

"Kento, what's wrong?" you asked.

Your boyfriend was curled up in a ball on your bed. He did not answer.

Lightly, you went on the bed and hugged him tightly, "are you okay?"

"I--we lost the match today," Kento sobbed lightly, "I messed up and didn't block the hit in time, and Brazil gained the last point."

"love," you said, "we all make mistakes, okay? No one was mad at you."

"they were disappointed in me," Kento whispered, "I'm such a failure."

"you're not, darling," you assured, "you make me proud every single day."

"really?" Kento asked.

"really," you smiled lightly.

Akihiro Yamauchi:

"I messed up," Akihiro said in frustration.

"Aki," you said softly, "you still did good today."

"that's what they always say," Akihiro said with a sad smile.

"really, I mean it," you told your boyfriend, "you've messed up, but you've also had some amazing blocks today."

"I--thank you, love," Akihiro stuttered as he hugged you lightly.

"I'm always here for you," you whispered in his ear softly.

Keihan Takahashi:

"I don't think I'll make it on the team," Keihan admitted, "I did so bad during tryouts today."

"Keihan," you said, "you'll be fine."

"I could even see Coach Blain staring at me with disappointment," Keihan said as he buried his face in his hands.

"love," you said, "even if you don't make it, you'll always be the best in my eyes."

"thank you darling," Keihan said gratefully as he kissed you softly.
