"Shit," Y/N cursed, "Kira, you fine?"

Kira, whose eyes were black and her body filled with bruises and cuts, shivered.

"Kira Nakamura, if you don't tell me who the fuck dared lay their hands on my best friend--" Y/N fumed.

"It was Akane Kato and her gang," Kira interrupted, whimpering.

"Come, let's give that bitch some taste of her own medicine," Y/N said fiercely as she carefully picked up Kira so that the girl was on her back.

"Akane Kato," Y/N smirked as she entered the classroom full of classmates. She was known to be the popular, beautiful, and smart girl that everyone loved.

"Y/N L/N!" Akane practically squealed as Y/N had noticed her.

Slowly, Y/N put Kira down in front of her desk.

"How dare you fucking touch my best friend, huh?" Y/N sneered coldly.

"That's your best friend?" Akane said disgusted, "no offense, but you need to make better friends, like me!"

Y/N grabbed Akane by the collar, "Does it look like I want to be your friend? I hate the people who think that they can bully others and get away without consequences. Because you've made a new enemy. IF you dare touch Kira again, I won't hesitate to punch you, got it?" 

Akane did not nod.

"I SAID DO YOU HEAR ME?" Y/N shouted, her whole voice echoing across the room. The whole class was stunned. The girls were generally scared while the boys were fangirling a bit over the scary girl.

Akane nodded desperately as Y/N let Akane go as she said to Kira, "Let's go, Kira, you need to go to the hospital wing."

Kira nodded as the two walked out of the classroom, with Y/N winking back at her classmates before they left.

"That was so badass," Haruto wolf-whistled to Yuji.

"I think I fell in love with her," Yuji said as he recalled how hot and protective Y/N looked.

"Who wouldn't?" Haruto asked.

"We both have feelings for her?" Yuji asked, surprised.

"Yep, whoever catches her feelings first gets 5000 yen, okay?" Haruto confirmed.

"Deal," Yuji said as he shook Haruto's hand.

"Hey..." Yuji said uncertainly as he approached Y/N.

"What do you want?" Y/N asked coldly, "here to make fun of me and Kira?"

"No, not at all," Yuji said, "I want to praise you for standing up to Akane and her gang."

"Well, at least SOMEONE's got a decent brain around here, all of the others are dumb motherfuckers," Y/N said nonchalantly.

"How's Kira?" Yuji asked. He did not just ask that because of Y/N. Yuji was concerned for her friend; her injuries seemed quite severe.

"She's fine, her injuries are healing," Y/N said, "wanna hang out with me in the meantime?"

"You're funny, Yuji," Y/N cackled when Yuji told her a funny story.

"You sound like a dying dolphin," Yuji laughed as Y/N rolled her eyes.

"Do you have something to do tomorrow?" Y/N asked.

"Nope," Yuji said.

"Wanna go on a date with me?" Y/N asked boldly, "it's fine if you don't like me..."

"I would love to," Yuji said happily, "I like you, actually."

"That settles it," Y/N cracked a tiny smile, "see you tomorrow, I'll meet up with you at your house."

Yuji smiled back as he waved goodbye to the girl, giddy for the date tomorrow.
