Chapter Eighteen

"Mmm," I groaned in pain. I got up feeling extreme discomfort in my lower back and turned to my side, where my phone was buzzing.

"Hello?" I said, groggily.

"Yeah Aiden," My tired expression instantly changed and I sat up straight, ignoring my sore back.

"What?" Just then, Xander walked in. He sat on the bed and leaned in, giving me a kiss. I moved away from him, displaying my annoyance. Aiden and I spoke for a few minutes.

When I hung up, Xander immediately placed me on the bed, hovering over me.

"Wait. Xander," He didn't listen and attached his mouth to mine, kissing me hungrily.

"Mmmh.....Xander....Wait a minute," I gasped when he flipped me to my stomach and started placing wet kisses along my back.

"Xander...Hold on...Stop," I gasped, arching my back as he kissed a sensitive spot. I buried my head on the pillow, trying to hide the sounds I was making.

"Nngh!" I gripped the sheets, silently crying as Xander kissed and licked me. My whole body trembling and my voice was the only noise in the room. After a while of torture, he stopped and turned me over.

"What were you saying?" He stared at me with a smile. I tried catching my breath even though I could still feel his fingers teasing me. He kissed me.

"Your boyfriend left you a gift," I said breathlessly. He paused and sat up, staring at me in thought.

"Jake?" I glared at him in disgust.

" I don't know which is more disgusting. You admitting Jake is your boyfriend or hearing that you're cheating on me with a guy," He smiled and suddenly held my hands above my head.

"Which do you prefer?"

"Neither,"

"Why? You don't like sharing your boyfriend?" He whispered in my ear, using his free hand to continue teasing me. I gasped.

"Ah!.....Nngh....Ah, stop" I squirmed.

"O-on the contrary, I don't mind. As long as you don't mind sharing me with your brother,"  He frowned in disgust.

"That's disgusting," He let go of me and sat on the bed.

"Why? You don't like sharing your girlfriend?" I mimicked him. He rolled his eyes.

"What did Jake do?" He asked me looking serious.

"Anna's body has been found," He frowned and his eyes turned cold.

"WHAT?"

"She was found in the woods today and an autopsy was done on her this morning," His eyes grew wide with anger.

"Where did you hear this?"

"Oscar. Our spy at the police station told me. Oh and her husband is a cop and is the one in charge of the investigation," Xander got up, and I immediately held his hand.

"Where are you going?"

"Let. Go," He threatened in an angered tone.

"Calm down. You're not in a good state of mind now. You might hurt someone, "He ripped his hand from my grip.

"I am going to hurt someone. I'm going to kill Jake," I stood up, but due to how sore I was, I fell on Xander's chest instead. He caught me and gently carried me.

"My apologies. You must be in a lot of pain,"

"Really? I didn't notice," I said, sarcastically. He smiled at me and hugged me.

"Come let's take a shower together," I smiled at him and nodded, and he carried me to the bathroom.
