Kavita's POV
When I come out of the kitchen after preparing the lunch, I see Sameerji sitting and talking with some villagers in the aangan.
After I greet them, Sameerji tells me to make tea for everyone.
Making tea for everyone, when I go out to serve them, right then, a strong breeze starts blowing, due to which my saari's pallu slides down my head.
Before I could do anything, I feel the pallu starting to slide down my chest too.
Sensing everyone's gaze on me, I immediately turn away, and rush inside the house.
But, before I could reach to the kitchen, Sameerji suddenly comes there, and clutching my wrist, he starts pulling me towards our bedroom.
When he pulls me, the tray containing the tea cups falls from my hand, causing the cups to shatter and the tea to spill all over the floor.
Terrified due to the harsh way he was pulling me, I plead with him to stop, but he does not listen to me.
He stops after we reach the room. Then, flinging me inside, he also enters the room and closes and locks the door.
With every step that he takes towards me, I take a step back, scared at the way he was glaring at me.
Soon, I feel my back press against the wall, due to which I am unable to move further away from him.
"Kal kaha tha na maine tujhse ki tere badan ko dekhne ka haq sirf mera hai?"
"Maaf kardijiye, Sameerji. Jaan bujh ke nahi huwa. Woh mere haath mein chai thi to-"
"Toh chai ko gir jaane deti. Teri izzat se pyaari tujhe chai hai?" Sameerji interrupts me, his voice laced with anger.
I lower my head, too scared to say anything.
"Kya tujhe aur mardo ke saamne badan dikhane ka shouk hai? Aisa hai toh abhi bolde. Kothe pe bitha dunga tujhe. Randi ki tarah sab ko badan dikhana aur sabse chudna bhi. Kya yehi chahti hai tu?"
The words he spoke startles me, and I start crying.
"Nahi, Sameerji. Aisa mat kahiye. Galti ho gayi. Aage se nahi hogi."
"Yeh toh sahi kaha tune. Aisi sajaa dunga aaj tujhe main ki aage tu sapne mein bhi aisa hone nahi degi."
What he says scares me more. "Sajaa?"
"Chal apne ghutno pe baith."
I was so stunned due to fear that I was unable to move.
"Suna nahi, sali? GHUTNO PE BAITH"
Sameerji's loud voice booms in the room, terrifying me in such a way that I immediately kneel in front of him.
"Muh khol, Kavita."
I do as he says, and as soon as I open my mouth, he inserts his thumb inside.
"Chal chus isse."
I suck on his thumb, too scared to refuse or even ask what he was going to do with me.
"Mujhe abhi kaam se bahaar jana hai. 3 ghante mein wapas aajaunga. Jab tak main nahi aata, tu aise hi kamre mein ghutno pe baithi rahegi. Yahaan se hilegi bhi nahi. Main Maa se bhi keh deta hoon. Woh bhi tujhe bahaar nahi bulayegi. Aaj mere aane ke baad se raat bhar tujhe sajaa milegi. Samjhi?"
Hearing him, I start shaking in fear. "Yeh ek baar Maaf kardijiye, Sameerji. Aage se nahi hoga aisa."
He roughly clutches my hair and yank it up to make me face him. "Aage se aisa na ho, isilye yeh saja milni jaruri hai. Chup chap mere aane tak aise hi ghutno pe baithi reh."
