At the party, Genevieve said to the crowd "Welcome. As is our time-honored tradition, you are all welcome to deliver your offerings. It is our custom that no one should be turned away, no blessing be denied."

Annabeth, Kiara, Hayley and Derek joined the line that the guests had formed. Kiara's eyes caught Genevieve from across the room. She sent her a malicious grin earning an exaggerated eyeroll from the redhead.

Annabeth was the first in the line to offer her blessing, moving forward she went to give to Davina her gift with a smile but was stopped by a woman who stood to the side, directing her to give the gift to Monique. A frown etched onto Kiara's face as the next guest was in line was sent to Abigael and the following back to Kiara. So when it finally got herself and Hayley the two were directed to the smug looking Monique. Kiara scoffed in disbelief and continued making her way to Davina. The woman carefully gripped onto her shoulder and again, tried to direct the two to Monique.

Kiara turned to the woman, tongue running across her teeth in annoyance "Get your hands off of me before I burn them off. I think you forget I'm a child of Hades and I can kill you very easily with my dead abilities. You wouldn't want me to use those abilities on you, won't you?"

Hayley huffed a laugh as they barged passed the woman and sent her a sarcastic smile as they made their way to Davina.

"Hey, D."Kiara grinned as she stopped in front of the Claire witch, holding out her gift, followed along by Annabeth and Hayley who did the same.

"You guys came."The teen smiled widely, her sadden expression gone as she looked up at them.

"Duh. We wouldn't miss it, besides me just being here is pissing Gwyneth off, so it's a win, win."Kiara told her.

Davina chuckled lightly, thanking them for their gifts before the girls  were ushered off and the guests continued giving their gifts, of course, only to two of three Harvest girls. Just as they made their way over to Kol and Elijah, Klaus voice echoed through the room.

"Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention, please. We are gathered here today to pay homage to our beloved witches, but one very special witch has been utterly ignored. That seems a little unfair to me."Klaus spoke upon his place on the stage, causing all the guests to quieten down and Kiara to shoot him a questionable look, he merely getting a smirk in response. As he finished, he walked over to Davina, holding a small box out to her.

"No. I don't want your gift."Davina told him bluntly shaking her head.

A small chuckle escaped Kiara's lips while a frown pulled at Klaus face.

The original said just as Josh made his way into the room "I understand why you would reject me, given our past. In truth, many of us here today have been wronged in the conflict which my brother's treaty ended. Your friend Josh was involved in a plot to kill me. It would be well within my right to execute him here and now. But, in the spirit of solidarity, and for your favor, Davina, I hereby pardon him. Josh from this day forward, you have nothing to fear from me. Please."

Klaus hands Davina the box before he leaves.

Kiara was stood by a table, observing who passed her when her eyes finally fell upon Genevieve.

She walked toward the redhead witch and said "Stay away from my husband. Got it? If you do not, I'll summon every monsters from the Underworld to have a go at you. You will die screaming."

"Is that a threat?" Genevieve asked.

"Oh, absolutely."Kiarasmiled before she moved to walk away.

Before the hybrid could step away, Genevieve gripped onto her forearm tightly, stopping her from moving.

"Don't push me, Kiara."Genevieve threatened, glaring down at the hybrid girl who merely arched a brow, lifting her hand she pried the red head's grip from her.

"Do you wanna try that again? Cause I didn't quite buy it, did you?"Kiara said, amused which made Genevieve want to kill her there and there. But she couldn't, not yet, it wasn't time.

Kiara spotted Klaus in the crowd and began making her way over to him as he smiled at her, his dimples popping out as he watched her near him before she stopped abruptly upon hearing a loud, drum echo through the room

Kiara spotted Klaus in the crowd and began making her way over to him as he smiled at her, his dimples popping out as he watched her near him before she stopped abruptly upon hearing a loud, drum echo through the room.

A large group of drummers march into the party as the lead drummer said "Happy Fête des Bénédictions. We have a message for all of you from Marcel Gerard."

Kiara glanced at Klaus with worry.

When she looked back at the drummers, they have cut their wrists bleeding all over the floor.

Kiara glanced around at all the vampires, knowing this wouldn't end well.

"Control yourselves. This is a vulgar trick. We do not violate our agreement." Elijah shouted.

Out of nowhere the lights blow, and everything is covered in darkness. The sound of vampires feeding upon people.

Klaus was suddenly next to Kiara and holds her protectively up against a wall, waiting until the lights turn back on to release her.

Kiara hold her hand over her mouth as she whispered "Shit."

On the walls, someone has written "THERE WILL BE NO PEACE" on the wall.

Kiara glanced around at the dead bodies of the drummers and others humans.

"I should get you out of there." Klaus said.

Kol  was taking Annabeth out of here with Hayley, Jason and Will.

"Yeah, you should." Kiara told Klaus.

Klaus holds Kiara's hand and Kiara took it as they walked away together.

Later that night, at the bayou, Hayley was pacing around outside by a fire as she talks to Jackson.

" I've learned my lesson. At first I was against your plan. I thought that we should just live with Elijah's treaty, but after that party, those innocent people. There will never be a peace. The weak will always be at the mercy of whoever is calling the shots."Hayley started to explain.

"It's survival of the fittest. We need to protect ourselves. And we we need to protect each other." Jackson stated.

She nodded.

"We need to use Klaus' help while he's still willing to give it. But, Jackson, from now on, you have to tell me eveything. And no matter what, we do not trust Klaus."Hayley says.

Jackson nodded at his mate.
