The rain had finally stopped as the sun rose. I was walking, completely exhasted from the run last night. My arm was throbing. I knew it was dislocated, yet I honestly didn't want to have to look at it.

I'll have to though. Looking around for a dry spot, I saw a log that was somehow untouched by the rain. Relieved, I sat down.

Wincing, I looked at the dangling arm. I touched it, and gave it a little shake. Pain seered through me and I took a deep breath. I was going to have to pop it back in. I know that I can do it.

"Five... Four... Three... Two.." I whisper outloud, but before I reach one, I was twisting my arm back into place.

It hurt like hell, and I had to stop myself from screaming out. I waited while the sun turned the forest golden. After the pain numbed down, I tried to lift my arm up. It hurt, but it worked.

I took in a deep breath of fresh air before I got up. Compared to last night, it was begining to be a beautiful day. Somehow, I wasn't very tired, but I knew I needed to sleep. My little adrineline rush from last night was going to run out soon. Climbing up the driest looking tree, I found a big enough branch to rest on.

And as soon as I layed down, I feel asleep.

I was in the mountains at night. Where I was at, there was not supposed to be any mountains anywhere in that region.

This has to be a dream.

The moon outside was full, turning all the trees and undergrowth surrounding the mountain a silver color. Billions of stars covered the sky, twinkling brightly. The mountains, which towered above me, were silver like the undergrowth yet they almost glowed.

They seemed so mysterious. I stared to fallow the mostly hidden path up the mountainside. The wind howled and blown at my face, wiping my hair in my face some. I ignored it continued on my walk. It was one of the most peaceful strolls that I might have ever had. Everything here seemed so clean and fresh.

I continued up the path until I reached a cliff. It gave an excellent view of a valley hidden by the mountains. I looked around until I noticed a cave.

It looked completely empty, but I caught a shimmer of light. Suddenly, a pair of icy blue eyes appeared, staring directly at me. But as quickly as I saw them, they were gone, and I heard footsteps running away.

Those eyes reminded me of my mom's and my own. Instantly, I thought that it was my mom in the cave.

“Wait!” I called as I ran after the person I assume to be my mom. The footsteps were going farther and farther away, even though I kept running faster and faster to try and keep up.

Soon, I saw flashes of starlight peeking in through the roof, and not long after that, I enter a cavern that sparkled silver as moonlight and starlight hit it the walls. Other then that, there was no other light. In the center of this strange and beautiful place was a figure, staring at me with the icy blue eyes.

“Mom? Is that you?” I asked gingerly, taking a small step forward.

It couldn't be my mom, because whoever it was didn't answer. Then a thought struck my mind.

“Stardust? Is that you? I'm Luna, you neice.”

“I'm well awhere of that,” the figure answered in a musical voice. “And yes, I am Stardust.”

My heart thumped in my chest. I found her! My Aunt! But... this was only a dream.

“I know this is a dream,” I say. “Where can I find out where you are?”
