I was walking in school when I saw my crush Connor Noon.
I was unhappy because it was prom night and I knew I wouldn't get asked out.
The bell rung, it was first period and Connor walked past me smiling, I blushed.
When school was over and I got home, I put on my sparkly blue dress and got ready. I curled my hair and then was ready to go.
When I got to prom, I was looking around for my friend. I spotted her and we got a drink. After that she went dancing with her date.
I saw Connor and he was wearing a blue suit that matched my dress.
He walked over to me.
"Y/n, will you dance with me?" He asked when a song came on
"Sure" I responded my heart beating fast
"Y/n I've been keeping a secret from you for a long time, and I need to get it off my chest"
"What is it?"
"I've liked you for years now, and it's obvious that you like me back"
I laughed nervously as he leaned in and then kissed me gently.
