(Civilian Council Room)
After team seven left the mission room a few people snuck off and went to the civilian council room. Luckily for them the council members were still there. Everyone was unaware of the seals, even Danzo. The seals were activated the minute someone entered the room. They recorded the conversation and sent it to the seal in the hokage's office.
"How may I help you all?" Danzo asked with a smile.
"Today team seven went on two missions. We paid them all and like usual we deducted from that demon beast's pay. Kakashi-san saw this and both times he made us hand over the full amount to the brat." One said.
"What?" He wasn't the only one shocked and angered by this.
"It seems that Kakash-san has learned the rules and decided to go against them. That bastard child was also in new clothes." Another said.
"I see." Danzo frowned. "I shall look into this and punish that freak."
"Arigato Danzo-sama." The group said.
"You're welcome."
The group left and Danzo looked at the other council members. "Let's go visit Naruto and remind him of his place." He said Naruto's name with disgust.
"Yeah!" They agreed.
They all left the room. All were unaware that the hokage had heard this and sent a member of ANBU to spy on them. They were shocked to find it empty.
"Where is he?" He asked.
"That brat should know better. He knows that we have to know where he lives at all times and that we have to improve it." Sakura's dad said.
"Let's return to the council room. We'll call the demon in and have him answer for this. Let's go." Danzo said.
They returned to the room and the ANBU went back to the hokage. He relayed what he heard. He was then sent to inform Kakashi and Jiraiya. Afterwards he returned to the hokage before being dismissed. Meanwhile the council called a ninja. Said ninja showed up.
"Go get Naruto and bring him here." Danzo ordered.
"I'm sorry Danzo-san but I'm afraid I can't do that." She said.
"Excuse me?" He asked in shock.
"You don't have the authority to order us ninjas around. Not only that but Naruto-kun is a ninja and therefore if you have a problem with him then you must go to the ninja council or the hokage." She said. "Goodbye now." She left after that.
"What just happened?" A teal haired woman asked.
"I don't know." Sakura's dad answered. "I'm still stunned that she refused an order from Danzo-sama."
"I think that it would be best to go home and rest. Tomorrow I shall go to the hokage." Danzo said after several deep breaths.
"Yes sir." The group said before they left.
Danzo sat down in his chair. He took a few more deep breaths. He couldn't believe what happened. He wondered if Hiruzen had learned the rules but dismissed it. That brat wouldn't have gone to him. He made sure Naruto knew better. It then hit him. One of the ninjas must have revealed that the civilian council was using them and the hokage put an end to it. He'll just have to use his personal root ninjas from now on. The thing with the money must have been a coincidence, Kakashi didn't know about the rules and for some reason he liked the brat. He must have noticed and thought that those at the mission room were trying to rip that brat off.
\I'll catch him tomorrow.\ He thought before leaving.

(With Kakashi)
The white haired ninja waited for his husbands to come home. Naruto was in the living room. Soon Ibiki and Iruka entered the house. They both knew something was wrong. It was in both Naruto and Kakashi's faces and eyes.
"What happened?" Iruka asked.
"Today team seven completed two D-rank missions. Of course a few people at the mission room didn't want to pay the full amount. I made them. They then went to the civilian council. They tattled and so the council went to Naruto's old apartment. They now know that Naruto-kun isn't there and then summoned a ninja. They ordered her to get Naruto-kun. She refused them and now they know that they can no longer use ninjas for their own personal uses. The hokage is concerned that Donzo might try to get Naruto-kun himself." He said.
"So we don't let Naruto-kun go anywhere alone." Ibiki said.
"That was his plan." Naruto said.
"Are you okay?" Iruka asked in concern.
"Surprisingly, yes." He said, "This just means that I get more experience. Should I tell Sakura-chan and Sasuke-kun?" He asked.
"Yes. They need to be on guard. I'm not sure if Sakura-chan's parents will use her and while Sasuke-kun is precious to them they might still use him as well." Kakashi said. "We'll tell him tomorrow."
"Okay."
"Now there is something else I need to tell you. Tsunade-sama and Shizune-san are coming back." He informed them.
"Tsunade-sama is returning?!" Ibiki and Iruka asked in shock.
"Yes. She finally received the hokage's letter." Kakashi said, "Apparently she is livid."
"She knew my parent's right?" Naruto asked, knowing all about the legendary sannins.
"That's correct. She wants to see you. I don't know why she left and I don't know why she never visited." He said.
"Oh okay. We'll do like we did with Jiraiya-sama." He said.
"Indeed." Kakashi said.
"Well I have work to do." He hopped off the couch and returned to his room.
"Is he okay?" Ibiki asked.
"I think so." Iruka answered.
"I hope so." He sighed.
"Me too." Kakashi said.
