The next day, it was freezing outside and I couldn't find my coat but Jade's was lying on the couch. "Hey Jade can I borrow your coat so I can go and buy some milk?" I asked her.
"Yeah" She answered.
I pulled on the coat, and grabbed the keys. When I got outside, I stuffed my hands in the pockets and felt something weirdly shaped. I wrapped my fingers around it and pulled it out. Lying in my hand was something I had only ever seen in movies, and that was a time traveling device.
"I knew it" I muttered, quickly turning back to the hotel and knocked on Gaylord's door. Gaylord opened the door and let me in, and I saw Ivy was in the room as well.
"You know how we wondered how Jade time traveled to the 80's?" I asked, glancing at them.
"Yeah" they said at the same time.
"Well, she's not a witch. She used this." I said, showing them the device.
Ivy grabbed it and looked at a button, "What does this do?" she asked before clicking on it.
