"LET ME IN!" Ivy shouted.
My eyelids shot open and I was pulled closer to somebody. I knew it was Angus but I had no idea why Ivy was shouting her head off. "What do we do?" I asked, my voice sounding shaky with panic.
"We could crawl out the window and use the ledge to go to a different room." Angus replied in a rush, before letting go of me so I could get off the bed. I snatched my black bra from where I had left it under the bed and put it on swiftly while keeping the sweater on. Angus was off the bed and opening the window. When it was open enough for us to crawl out of it, he stepped to the side of the window and motioned for me to go first. Nervously, I stepped to the window and cautiously swung my leg over the window seal and felt the ledge of the side of the house underneath my foot. The ledge was slippery and when the rest of my body was out, I pressed my back tightly to the house, terrified by how tiny the ledge was.
Angus crawled out quickly and led the way to the closest window near us. Angus knocked on the window and within a span of a few minutes, the window opened and Angus crawled in quickly and I followed with the same speed. I landed on the floor and looked up to see Bon looking at me with his signature boyish grin. Angus was lying next to me on the floor, his face looking a sickly green color and his eyes were closed.
"Why did you two just crawl in through my window?" Bon asked, holding out his hand towards me and helped me to my feet.
Angus didn't look up to speaking, so I explained. "Ivy woke us up by demanding us to unlock the door and so we panicked and escaped the room by crawling out the window and here we are."
Bon shook his head and walked over to his bedroom door and locked it. "I know she'll come looking." Bon explained, when he turned from the door and saw my confusion.
I nodded my head and looked down at Angus. He still looked nauseous, and he hadn't moved an inch.
"Can you help me carry him to the bed?" I asked Bon.
Bon looked at me then looked at Angus and then back at me, before mumbling something underneath his breath.
"What was that Bon?"
"Oh just that Angus always does the craziest things." Bon replied, although he looked like he was holding back from saying more.
"That's another thing I want to know about." I said, while leaning down to pick up Angus.
Bon picked up his lower half, while I carried his upper half and we walked over to the bed and laid him gently down onto the red and black comforter. I sat down onto the edge of the bed and ran my fingers through Angus' hair, hoping it would sooth him in some way. Angus let out a small moan in response and leaned into my touch.
"And what are you wondered about?" Bon asked.
"Why did Angus react badly to being up so high?"
"Angus doesn't like heights to begin with but he reacts badly because he's got vertigo." Said Bon. "He really wouldn't want me to tell you that because he hates that he has it. He sees it as a weakness but since he's out of it I won't be blamed, just do me a favor and don't let him know I told you."
"Sure thing Bon. Do you know how long he's going to be out?" I asked him, still running my fingers through Angus' hair.
"Maybe a few more minutes. I'm just glad he didn't get sick."
"Why, has that happened before?"
"Yeah, back when him and Malcolm first went on a plane. I wasn't there but Malcolm said it was pretty horrible." Bon said with a laugh.
