"So, what caused you and your friends to visit Australia?" Angus asked me.
"Just doing a bit of traveling." I replied with a little shrug.
"How long do you plan on staying?" Angus continued to question.
"Who knows? The last place we were at, we didn't even stay a whole week. The place before that, we stayed for a week or so." I said, glancing at him.
"You should stay awhile. Stick with us and you'll have a ball of a time." Angus said, giving me a grin.
"Angus stop talking to the girl about balls!" Malcolm shouted over his shoulder.
I bit my lip to stop myself from singing "Big Balls" and I could Ivy was trying to cover up her laughs.
"Are you okay?" Malcolm asked, looking concerned.
"Oh yeah, I was just thinking of something that brought back funny memories." Ivy managed to say, without laughing.
"Care to share such a funny memory?" Malcolm asked.
"Must be funny if it involves balls." Bon commented.
"Sorry, but no can do. Maybe sometime in the future." Ivy responded.
"So you plan on hanging around us longer?" Bon asked, finally stopping at a walkway that led to a reasonably large house. The rest of the group stopped at the walkway as well and formed a half circle.
"Yes" Ivy replied at the same time as Gaylord said "No"
"We can stay for a little while." Ivy argued, throwing a glare over her shoulder towards Gaylord.
"Be prepared for a wild ride then." Bon said, starting to walk up to the front door of the house.
I once again waited for everyone to go ahead of me, but it seemed as if Angus had the same idea.
We walked silently together and stopped when the rest of the group stopped walking. Bon opened the front door, and held it open for all of us. Angus let me walk across the threshold first, and I was greeted with the sounds of loud music, people shouting and the sight of large amounts of people. Some people weren't even fully clothed. Angus then led me up the stairs of the house, and down the long hallway.
"Where are we going?" I asked.
"I figured you weren't one for large crowds, and no one ever bothers to come upstairs." Angus replied.
"I see, but are we allowed up here?" I inquired.
"We should be since it's the band's house." Angus said with a light laugh.
Angus continued to walk down the hallway, until he stopped at a door on the left side of the hallway. He opened it, and once again allowed me to walk across the threshold first once more.
"I hope you don't mind that this is my room. I thought it'd be a great place to talk in quiet." Angus said, flipping the switch so the room was filled with light.
"I don't mind. After all, it is your room." I responded.
He had several of what looked to be his own drawings taped on the wall, and at the far right side of the room was a record by The Who on a table with his record player beside it, and what I assumed to be his guitar case was lying on top of his bed.
Angus walked up behind me and lightly wrapped his hand around mine and pulled me over to his bed. He sat down by his guitar case and patted the space next to him. I sat down next to him on the bed, and he pushed the guitar case behind him.
