Angus froze next to me, looking between Ivy and I before a look of realization dawned on his face. He pointed at me, "It's you, and I knew it!" Angus said.
"Angus don't just start scaring the poor girl just because her name is also Lorna." Cliff said.
"No, it's them. She had this argument with Ivy back in 1980." Angus said, looking confident.
Angus looked at me suddenly looking slightly unsure of himself. "It is you isn't it?" He asked quietly. I couldn't lie to him with him looking into my eyes, he'd see the lie anyway.
"Yeah it's me. I'm sorry." I replied, looking down at my hands. Angus scooted closer to me, lightly tilting my chin up. "Why did you leave?" He asked, looking hurt now.
"You know when Ivy was freaking out? Well she demanded that we leave so that she could be back with Luke. I didn't want to go, but I couldn't stand to see my friend in pain so we left." I explained.
"I could've gone with you." Angus responded.
"No, because we didn't just simply go somewhere Angus, we had come here to this time." I said.
"You mean to tell me that you time traveled?" Angus questioned.
"Yeah, if you've noticed I haven't aged since 1980." I replied with a laugh. I looked Angus over and noticed something that worried me. "Come to think of it, you haven't really aged either..." I trailed off, brushing his brown curly hair away from his face.
"You're welcome." Jade said, giving me a smile.
"What are you talking about? What've you done to him?" I asked angrily.
"Nothing, just be happy." Jade said quickly.
"So, what does this mean for us?" I asked Angus.
"I'd like to be back with you, but-"Angus was cut off by the door bursting open, and a high pitched yelling, "Angus! We need to leave now!" The woman came into the room and plopped down onto Angus, and started kissing him.
