𝗠𝗬 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗗 as I got closer and closer to the scent dangling in the air. It was like the path was made out for me and me only. I stopped and huffed. My eyes landed on a car and I stared long and hard. I went over to it and opened the door.

The smell was stronger. Logan, all I can smell is his scent mixed with Cain and Tana. I gazed through the windshield and came eye to eye with a house on a hill. I ran up to the gaze and my heart skipped a beat.

Blood. His blood.

It can't be true, right? That he's dead. I pushed open the gate, heading up the hill. With every step I took getting closer I could feel an odd pain in my chest. I had trouble breathing because of the thick scent of iron.

Upon reaching the door of the house I was hesitant. I  didn't want to but I needed to know. I opened the door and walked in. It was unlike another house I've seen. It was filled with books.

Books on the walls and some on the floor. I followed his scent past a few chairs. I came to a stop at a door with the word "Heaven", written on it. It was strange, all of it was. I pushed the door open and stepped to the other side.

This is where his scent is strongest. It's a room. A bed is in the middle and it here are many pillows in the corners of the room. Laying in bed is Logan.

I went over to him and gazed down at him. He's just laying there and he looks perfectly fine. To make sure I touched his chest. His heart beat steadily in his chest and the thought of him being dead vanished.

What is this place, why is he here and why did I smell his blood? Am I going crazy? Is that it? Maybe...maybe I am. I had thought about him the entire time there. Restating his promise to myself over and over again.

I touched his face, brushing his cheek. He's alive. Suddenly I heard something and spun around. Cain was the first person I saw, and then Tana.

"Hey Lolita. Good to see you again." Cain says. I caught the smell of something sweet and tilted my head. Someone else is here. That familiar sweet smell.

"What's going on?" I ask. "Who else is here and why am I smelling Logan's blood?"

"It's kind of a long story." Cain hesitates.

"Who else is here?" I demand.

"Well...are you going to come out?" Cain asks looking off to the side. The person exhaled and finally showed themselves. Tall, black hair and hazel eyes. He's wearing a white shirt and long white pants. There was something pinched between his fingers that he eventually took a puff from.

That's what smells so sweet. His eyes studied me and his brows dipped in worry. He looks sad almost. Then he smiles, blowing smoke in Cain's direction.

"Hello." He finally says.

He smells familiar. He looks familiar too. It's almost like I know him. I stepped closer to him and he never took his eyes off of me.

He smells warm. His heartbeat is steady and he smells sweet. So good, so amazing. I got so close to him that I could practically hear his heartbeat in two different places. It echoed in my mind as I felt extremely drawn to him.
