Decades have passed since (Y/N) became an Overlord. (Y/N) has gained a large amount of Territory and influence. At first, other Overlords thought (Y/N) beat Jake by sheer luck but didn't dare try to fight (Y/N). 

The arrogant Overlords who thought they could beat (Y/N), seeing him as weak, decided to attack his territories given to him by Jake. Let's say, they lived to regret that. (Y/N) was known as merciful, a rare trait for an overlord to have. That didn't mean he would not fight, don't mistake his mercy for weakness, he will beat you to an inch of your life and make you beg if you anger him. 

(Y/N) has loyal followers, mainly the sinners who got sent to hell by doing Minor sins like theft. (Y/N) also helped Sinners who were sent to hell because they wanted revenge on those who wronged them their entire lives or protected their loved ones at the cost of losing their spot in Heaven. (Y/N) understood them, so he allowed them to live a normal life in his territory. He still allowed things like nightclubs but had his men monitor them just in case someone attempted to take advantage of others. 

Extermination Day was something (Y/N) prioritized immediately when becoming an Overlord. (Y/N) converted Jake's one-floor building into a multi-floor building. (Y/N) didn't bother to name it yet as he didn't care. (Y/N) hired anyone, but he made sure to explain the rules and the consequences if they break them. The most important rule is don't mess with Sinners in his territory or else they will answer to him. 

Some employees thought (Y/N) was joking about this and messed with sinners, bullying them into submission to make them do anything they wanted. (Y/N) at first, dealt with them but eventually hired loyal Lieutenants to enforce his rules and teach those who broke them a lesson. 

(Y/N) was fair and paid his employees fair. Speaking about payments, (Y/N) took over Jake's business and converted it. Jake's business was protection but seems his workers were ordered to give the money owed after they protected the target. (Y/N) scrapped Jake's business and made his own. 

He created Fallen Industries. He named it after the fact that he hasn't become a Fallen angel yet, which was weird, but he didn't question it. 

Moving on, his company made weapons and home improvements. Not just basic Improvements, enchanted house Improvements. He doesn't announce the product publicly as he would rather talk about it in private. 

He used his magic on Materials to act like a shield if Angels get too close to the home. It blasts them away from the Sinner's home. Seeing as Exterminators don't enter homes, this may seem useless but Sinners buy it for extra protection. Mainly because (Y/N) made it affordable. Make sense since his Target buyers are meant to be Sinners. Thousands of sinners come to hell every year, so a win-win situation. 

As for weapons, he created and sold normal weapons to anyone who wanted to buy them. All the gun stores in his territory are run by people picked personally by (Y/N). Extra if someone wanted them mortified to their liking. For people who wanted someone stronger, (Y/N) sold blessed weapons personally, but in return, they would have to sign a contract. His blessed weapons are stronger than the angelic weapons Adam and his army wield. 

This caused a ripple in the weapon business as a certain Overlord wanted to figure out who her competition was. 

Back in his building, the top floor was his office and bedroom. The two floors below were rooms for his loyal Lieutenants. The rest but the first floor were offices for his employees, where they handled Clients. The first floor had a waiting room and Multiple elevators. Only One elevator was to never be used unless instructed to meet (Y/N) at his office.
