The class all woke up the next morning at the crack of dawn, standing in front of Aizawa. Aiko stood in a grey t-shirt and black leggings with her ebony hair in a messy bun. She kept nodding off slightly, still absolutely exhausted.

Aizawa explained the concept of their training, having Bakugo throw the ball again, showing that their quirks had made very little growth in comparison to everything that they had learned. One on one, Aizawa gave everyone a task to do for the entire day. Simple tasks, but over the course of a day, they turned into absolute torture. "Gessei," he said.

Aiko nodded and walked up to him. "To what extent of energy can you take in?" he asked.

"I'm not sure, sir," she answered.

He nodded and held up portable battery packs. "Kaminari is charging these throughout the day, you are going to be using them and constantly. Once an hour, come back and we will exchange your packs. Now, onto your tasks. I want to work several aspects of your quirk, so today we are going to be focusing on your poltergeist abilities as well as fine-tuning the way you utilize the energy you absorb and making it as efficient as possible, using less energy but doing more," he said before picking up a bag of baseballs, "With your poltergeist ability, I want you to lift these balls in the air and keep them all lifted. One by one, I want you to hit them away, however, I want you to focus your energy in only the part of your body you are hitting the balls with, like when you punched Todoroki's jaw in the Sports Festival. Once the balls are gone, pull them back with your poltergeist and start over."

"Yes sir," Aiko stated.

"Oh, and no pulling energy from Haru," Aizawa stated.

"Yes sir," Aiko answered.

By the end of the day, Aiko was so tired that her body would randomly flicker for no reason. When Mandalay told them that they would have to be the ones cooking, Aiko felt like she wanted to cry. She lifted up a knife to start cutting veggies, however, when she involuntarily flickered the knife fell through her hands, landing on the table. "Shit," she muttered.

A 'tsk' was heard from behind her, "Move it, Ghost Face. You'll hurt yourself," Bakugo growled, pushing her out of the way and grabbing the knife.

Aiko nodded and looked around. "Oh, can you bring me that pot?" Yaoyorozu asked.

Aiko nodded again and picked up the pot, but as she was walking toward Yaoyorozu, she flickered and the pot fell from her hands, clattering on the floor loudly. "Haha! Looks like Class A can't handle a little cooking!" Monoma teased, causing Aiko to turn a bright red, tears brimming in her eyes.

She scrambled to pick it up again, but her emotions caused her to flicker even more, making her completely unable to pick up the pot, which only made her more upset. "Aiko, calm down," Haru said, kneeling beside her.

"I-I can't!" she exclaimed, looking up to see everyone staring at her.

Aiko's heart fell, Class B was judging her, and Class A was staring in pity, so she grit her teeth and ran away as fast as she could into the woods, tears blurring her vision. "Aiko/Gessei!" several people shouted, but she didn't care.

Before she knew it, Aiko's legs gave out from exhaustion, and she tumbled to the ground. She tried to get up, but her legs were so sore that she literally couldn't move. Aiko began to sob, flickering uncontrollably. After about 30 minutes, Aiko could hear footsteps approaching her.

30 minutes earlier

"What happened?" Aizawa asked, Iida having grabbed him for the emergency.

"All I saw was that Gessei was losing control of her quirk and ran off into the woods," Iida stated calmly.
