A fairytale about Pirate ATEEZ and the Siren Prince including Seongjoong, Woosan, Yungi, and Jongsang(mostly Seongjoong).

[Hi, Muchii speaking. I'm here to inform you that I won't be posting as frequently due to writers block and having a big workload on my shoulders right now(haha, big). My writing partner, @-LuLuArts-, thinks we should start slowing things down a bit due to life hitting us in the face. We'll still be posting just not as frequently. It will most likely be either once a day or once every other day. I'm sorry for you guys that really like to read my writing and her ideas but we really need to calm it down and rest a little. "Well my family was a little...different from yours I guess.." Seonghwa said, looking off into the distance before continuing. His family was spilt. His mother and older brother ruled the American side of the Pacific Ocean and he and his father ruled the Asian side of the Pacific Ocean. The two territories split in the middle of the ocean. His dad was known as emperor and his mother was queen. Sadly, they both died after a territorial war between the different siren nations. He was only 16 when this happened and his mother had left her throne to his older brother, making him the king. Seonghwa wasn't old enough to rule yet so he posed as emperor until he was able to take over. His brother took the crown at 18. For the time being, Seonghwa was known as the prince. Even though he is technically now the emperor, everyone still calls him the prince. He was never officially accepted as the nation's emperor. Once his parents died, he inherited his mother's necklace, the siren's tear. The elders had passed it on for centuries but Seonghwa had little knowledge of it. He didn't even know why his mother gave it to him. He barely even knew her but she still chose to pass down the one piece of jewelry she wore to him. On his brother's coronation as king, he got the necklace. They bound it to his body and told him that he was the only one able to use it but they told him nothing more. His brother had a jewel on his crown that was similar to the jewel in his necklace. It was called the salt stone. It was a clear diamond in the same tear shape as the tear on Seonghwa's necklace. As recently found, Seonghwa's jewel is bound to his soul. It keeps him alive. His brother's jewel is bound to his sanity. If he doesn't have his crown for a certain amount of time he starts to go mad. Seonghwa was unlucky enough to have had to bear witness to this before. With the weight of new responsibilities and not mentally being prepared to rule a nation, Hwa distanced himself and hid in a cave some ways away from his people. [Two years after he distanced himself] One day, Hwa was out swimming to pass some time when he got caught in a fishing net. He got pulled up, seeing a sailor a couple of years older than him. The sailor was stunning and Hwa couldn't take his eyes off of him. The sailor brought Hwa onto the ship and examined him, a little confused at his discovery. Hwa giggled "Are you just gonna keep eyeing me, sir?" He was so immature in his teen days. He often feels silly when he thinks back to his first love. "So your first love was a sailor?" Hongjoong asked, laughing a little. "Yes, I just kinda let myself get lost in my own delusional thoughts. He never showed interest in me though. That's why it was so hard for me to believe your affection. It sounded too good to be true." "The sailor let me go after a couple of days, he only kept me to make sure I was ok and wasn't injured" that's when Hwa had his first heart break. After that he went to run his kingdom but the other sirens still treated him like he was a child and wouldn't take him seriously on anything. After a couple of years of this happening Hwa got sick of it and went on a break and put a regent in charge until he got back. That's when he got the harpoon through his tail. He returned to his cave, hiding from his troubles but ATEEZ found him. "So is the kingdom looking for you?" "Uh..i'm not sure. I don't even know if they've noticed i'm gone" Hongjoong grips his hand a little tighter, looking at him sympathetically.
