Meredith.

Five years later.

The twins Adelina and Romeo are now ten, Francesca is seven, and Nova is five.

Three years ago I got pregnant again while we were renewing our vows in Rome where we had our honeymoon.

We later found out it was twins boys, Leonardo, Leo and Luca. They're three now.

They're the sweetest boys and Romeo was thrilled when we found out he was getting two little brothers.

Derek was also very happy to hear about twin boys.

Even though Leo and Luca are the youngest Nova is still very much a daddy's girl and is still the baby girl of the family.

Nova just started kindergarten a couple of weeks ago and Francesca started first grade.

All the girls have gotten straight A's since they started school and Adelina's grades went from B's to A's since they started at the new school.

Except Romeo, he was doing good at first but he's stopped focusing in school. The teacher had him visit the school counselor and why and they think he might have ADD or ADHD.

We're having him see a psychiatrist to diagnose him. That's where Derek is right now while I'm at home with the rest of the children.

They should be back soon. They left a couple of hours ago. Adelina, Francesca, and Nova are still at school and the twins are napping on the couch after watching TV for an hour.

After another twenty minutes, I hear Derek's car pull into the driveway I see the twins start to stir awake from the sound of Derek's Ferrari.

"What's that?" Luca asks as he sits up rubbing his eyes.

"Daddy and Romeo are home," I tell them. They both get up and run out the front door.

A few minutes later Derek comes back into the house holding both Leo and Luca in his arms.

"Where's your mother, Hmm?" He asks one of the twins. "She's on the couch," he says.

"Why don't you two go play outside and then I can talk to mommy for a bit, okay?" He says.

He placed them down and they ran outside. He walks into the living room and sits down next to me.

"They did a test it took an hour for them to decide and they decided he does have ADD, they are going to prescribe him something for it and it should help him in school," he says putting his arm around me.

"Okay, that's good," I say. "Yes, it is. Are you still worried?" He says.

"A little, I just want him to do good in school," I say. "He will, but school isn't for everyone," he says.

"I know, but it wasn't for me, but I just want to make sure he has all the opportunities for when he's older, so if he wants to be a doctor or a lawyer, or whatever he wants," I say.

"And we will have all those opportunities he's ten years old, we'll get him a tutor if he needs one but he'll be back to A's in two months, it will all be fine," he says taking my hand into his.

"I know, I just... I just want them to have a better childhood than I had, to have more than I did," I say.

"And they do, they're going to one of the best schools in the country, Addy, Fay, and Nova already have straight A's. They said Nova is very smart for her age, and all that tutoring you did with her helped, it's easier for her now. She doesn't have to learn all those things because you already taught her all of it," he says.
