A/N: I was having a hard time deciding what Atlas should do in this chapter, but decided on him being with Friede.
The fight with Toxicroak had made both Ace and Brioche exhausted, so they'll(mostly Brioche) will be out of commission for a bit.
🗲 Destiny 🗲
[Levincia Building - Rooftop]
"Yeah!" The Rising Volt Tacklers cheered raising their hands into the air.
"Qua" Quaxly was on Dot's shoulder.
"Yeah. Let's do our best, Quaxly." Dot said looking at it.
"Qua Quaxly." Quaxly agrees.
"Dot." Friede called, he threw a Pokéball towards her.
Dot caught the Pokéball and holds it. "A Pokéball..." She said.
"For your first catch." Friede told her.
"You've never caught it?" Liko asked looking towards her.
"That's quite a surprise." Atlas commented.
"I never felt motivated to be a trainer..." Dot said.
"So what changed?" Roy asked.
"Wh-What's it matter?" Dot asked, she blushes a bit in embarrassment.
Quaxly stood on the ground and is prepared.
"Feels kinda awkward after all this time..." Dot said looking at Quaxly with the Pokéball in her hand. "But you've been with me forever. My first catch will be Quaxly!"
Everyone smiled.
"Here goes!" Dot said, she pulls her arm back. "Hup!" She throws the Pokéball into the air, it slowly went down.
Liko, Roy and Dot sweat-dropped.
Quaxly looks at the Pokéball and jumped towards it, it soon went into the Pokéball and was captured.
Dot picks up the Pokéball.
"Quaxly must've really wanted to be your partner." Liko told her.
"Huh?" Dot said looking back at her.
"It leapt into the ball on its own!" Liko said.
"Yeah!" Roy said nodding.
"That shows that you two have a great bond." Atlas said smiling.
Dot looks at the Pokéball. "So it did..." She smiled. "Quaxly!" She called and it came out.
"Quaxly!" Quaxly greeted.
Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Ace and Cap went towards Quaxly.
"Quaxly." Dot called and it looks at her. "Nice to meet you all over again... partner." She said.
"Quaxly!" Quaxly agrees.
[Levincia - Middle]
The group were now standing in the middle of the city.
"This is where I arranged to meet Murdock and the others." Friede informed. "Once they get here, split up and look for anybody suspicious." He told them.
"What about you?" Liko asked.
"I'll look from the skies!" Friede said, he flew to the sky on Charizard's back.
"Pika!" Cap was on Friede's shoulder.
"G-Got it!" Liko said while waving.
"We'll wait for the others then." Atlas said looking at the others who nodded.
Fuecoco's eyes sparkled seeing Charizard flying, it waves its arms.
Roy grinned, he sat down and look at Fuecoco. "You wanna fly like that too, huh, Fuecoco?" He asked.
