Kim Seungmin
I just stood there sobbing, looking at the door I just slammed. I knew he was out there. Another fight, all we seemed to do was fight with each other. I knew that he was cheating on me. I had found the woman’s bra on his side of the bed when I was clearing up our room. When I confronted him, that’s when the screaming match started, like always it ended with me crying and him either storming out or me kicking him out. Wonjae had never hurt me though, he had never laid a hand on me… well until tonight… During the heat of the argument, he slapped me. That’s when I kicked him out.
When we started dating, Wonjae was one of the most amazing boys to be with. He would take me out on spontaneous dates and just be adorable. As soon as we moved in together, he changed. He became someone different. He would treat me like I was his maid who would also sleep with him from time to time. He changed from the man I fell in love with to someone I didn’t even know. The only person who knew about this was my best friend. I had been friends with him since I could remember. Our parents were friends, naturally we became the bestest and closest of friends. I told him everything and as much as I knew he hated Wonjae, he always tried to help me and give me advice.
I still stood there, shaking slightly. I got out my phone and pulled up the contact of the one person who I knew could make this better. He answered after one ring.
“Hey, you ok?” His voice called out.
I didn't say anything and just started crying again. I knew he got the message because I heard say that he was coming over and for me not to go anywhere. The call hung up and I stood there just crying, I knew I had to break up with Wonjae, everyone told me the same thing, but I was scared to. Wonjae was scary if he didn’t get what he wanted and he would do anything to get the things he wanted. I had seen it first hand.
It didn’t take long for Seungmin to burst into the apartment. He knew what the passcode was due to how much he came over, this was normally when Wonjae wasn’t home. Wonjae and Seungmin didn’t like each other. Wonjae was jealous and was scared that Seungmin was going to take me away from him, even though what I had with Seungmin was a close friendship. I knew that I would always have him there for me and I was going to be there for him.
He pulled me into his arms. I gripped onto him like a koala, starting to cry again. Seungmin just rubbed my back comfortingly. I was so grateful for him. It was like he had magic powers, he knew exactly how to make everything better. He was my soulmate.I felt him scoop me up and take me into the living room. I gripped onto his shirt, burying my face in his neck. He sat down and kept his arms around me, we stayed like this for a while before he looked down at me asking me to explain the fight. So I did, I told Seungmin everything.
~flashback~
Wonjae stumbled through the door, he was drunk again. I waited for him, staring at the bra that was on the coffee table in front of me. He came into the room, coming over to me. I could smell the alcohol on his breath, I didn't want to be anywhere near him at the moment. I got up and walked away. He frowned and tried to come closer.
"Wonjae, stop. You've been drinking!" I shouted at him.
He seemed to listen to me and just stood there. I took a deep breath and picked up the bra with a pair of kitchen tongs. I was not going to be touching some woman's disgusting bra. It looked like it hadn't been washed in a while. Wonjae looked at me and then the bra. The colour drained from his face, he knew he'd been caught.
"I was cleaning our bedroom today and I found this. Now this isn't mine, Wonjae, so who's bra is it? Is it one of the many whores you bring here when I'm out at work?" I glared at the man in front of me.
