I couldn't tell what I was thinking or feeling at that point in time.
I was happy it wasn't Maddy that was killed.
But I couldn't even begin to process the fact that Jotaro was dead. Someone killed him. Someone we called a friend.
Someone that betrayed our hope.
Jolyne: DAD! CMON!! WAKE THE FUCK UP!
Jin: O-of all people to go...!
Len: Jotaro...
Magilou: My, this is a surprise even for me~
V: What the hell happened!?
Madeline: We...we couldn't find Jotaro anywhere...and then when we came in here... *sniff*
Arthur: He was dead. Cold on the floor.
V: This is insane...
Jolyne: Which one of you done this huh!? CMON! FUCKIN' FIGHT ME RIGHT NOW!! ARGHHH!!
Jolyne punches the wall in anger, tears streaming down her face.
Jolyne: Damn it dad! After everything I done to save you...you up and die in this fuckin' place...
Len: Jolyne...
Ren: I'm surprised he even let himself get killed...he's the last person I'd expect to be dead.
Jin: It just goes to show that anyone here can easily get slaughtered. Snap of the fingers, just like that.
Magilou: Let himself get killed huh...hmmm...
V: You know something Magilou?
Magilou: Nope~! I'm in the dark again this time, so once we receive--
Monokuma: THE MONOKUMA FILEEE~!!!
Magilou: Oh~ here he is~!
Arthur: That was timed a little too perfectly-- *COUGH*
Magilou: Oh cmon~ it was just a coincidence~!
Jolyne: Magilou I swear if you were the one that killed him-!
Magilou: Oh, god no! I'd never even dream to kill him~ he far out-matches me in strength.
Monokuma: Ahem, so uh...anyone want the Monokuma file~?
V: Give it.
Monokuma: You got it~!
Monokuma hands me the Monokuma file
V: Thanks.
Monokuma: You're very welcome~! Now I best get going! I've gotta decorate the trial grounds again! Puhuhuhu~!!
Monokuma zooms off.
Ren: V. I went you to be my investigation parter this time.
V: Huh? Oh, right. Sure thing.
Ren: Hopefully this case'll be nice and easy, seeing as we're both the lead detectives of the group.
V: You'd consider us that?
Ren: I'd say so, yeah.
V: Huh...
Jolyne: I'm not leaving dad's side...I don't care!
Ren: That's fine. Maddy, are you ok to stay with Jolyne?
Madeline: Um...yeah! Guess I'm back on body guarding duty then...
V: Everyone else is gonna do their own investigation yeah?
Arthur: Yeah, sounds good to-- *COUGH* me.
