Chapter 2: New Fool

  A few days after the ominous message that Akira received, the Third Semester at Shujin Academy is ongoing. After he received the ominous message, Akira tried to contact Mishima however, he wasn't responding to his calls and messages. On the group chat, Mishima left and he was unfriended on Social Media.

Akira, along with the Phantom Thieves, discovered that Mishima had deleted the Phantom Aficionado Website (Phansite) without informing them. The rest of the thieves were upset by the decision of the Admin however, they can't even contact him to express their frustration towards Mishima's decision.

Eventually, the phantom thieves calmed down. After the defeat of Yaldaoth and Maruki, things were peaceful. Nowadays, people don't need the Phansite to air their grievances and the injustice they experience.

Yet despite that assurance, some of the Phantom Thieves were uneasy. Ryuji, Ann, and Akira, who were acquainted with Mishima, discovered that Mishima transferred to another school. Somewhere out of Tokyo as informed to them by Miss Kawakami. According to her, the reason for the transfer was Mishima's parents acquiring a promotion in their jobs that required both of them to work outside of Tokyo.

With no way of contact, eventually, Akira and the others have to accept that there is no way to contact Mishima anymore. Akira estranged one of his confidants. He has made a mistake and the result of it was a broken moon arcana bond.

It was too late to regret the decisions of his actions. Truthfully, he never regretted his actions since he saved the world from Yaldabaoth and changed Akechi's fate.

In the 1st round, Akira has made a bond with Mishima. The latter approached him and asked him if he was a phantom thief. Seeing Mishima being hopeful, Akira confirmed the question. After that, Mishima informed him that he was the Admin of the Phansite and the rest was the story.

In the 1st round, Akira found Mishima selfish, annoying, clingy, and very obsessed with fame. However, despite that Akira helped Mishima to better himself.

However, in this new chance given to him, Akira decided to focus his attention on developing his bonds with the rest of the phantom thieves and helping Sumire (a person he encountered in this second chance given to him), the bonds that he didn't acquire in his past round, and finding a way to save Akechi.

Some things remained the same, while some things were different, like Maruki. However, Akira uses the knowledge of his first round to save Akechi and succeeds.

In this 2nd round, Akira was half-hearted in his efforts towards Mishima. He found Mishima more annoying and attention-seeking.

After the deletion of the Phansite, Futaba decided to recreate it with a lot of better things added to it.

It's been months since the start of the 3rd semester at Shujin Academy, following the end of 3rd semester and the end of his probation and his name cleared and declared innocent, Akira returned to his hometown.

He still keeps contact with the rest of the phantom thieves, Goro and Sumire.

Since his return to his hometown and started studying for his 3rd year of High School, Akira found out that he didn't miss his parents and his childhood friends. It was also the same case for them. They didn't miss Akira at all.

Since his probation and false charges, no friends from his hometown tried to contact him. His parents didn't even send money to him and Akira has done a lot of part-time jobs for himself and the Phantom Thief Business.

Akira found that he had missed the Phantom Thieves and Sojiro more than his parents and childhood friends who had abandoned him. The one who stuck to him and believed that he was innocent.
