"Why? You can't let her get to you!" Miles said as I walked out of the principal's office.

He sat outside the office for all of 6th period, just to see my state. I stared at him, his dark brown eyes filled with worry and... compassion? Just shake it off Kass-, I cut myself off, Riles Thompson. I took the ever familiar notepad out of my bag and wrote to him.

She was being a bastard, and because I can't tell her anything, it's not really a plus in this situation.

'Ring!' 7th period is going to start and that's a period that Miles doesn't share with me. So, I stalked off to English class.

I grabbed my bag as quick as I could and left this gosh darned building. When I got close to my house, I passed it and made a left, and into the forest I go. There's trails, parks, and other stuff, too, so it's not like I left civilization entirely. Deep into the forest, I climbed the middle of a large tree. People think that others go to the tippy-top or down below. No one really thinks of being in the middle like I do.

Creepy, eh? Ha ha. You'll just have to wait 'till the next chapter. The reference for this chapter is from the movie, Taken. Though, it's not really said in the chapter name, nor the chapter, and I haven't seen it yet... But, I definitely know this part! So in the movie, Liam Neeson says "*something, something, something* ... I will find you, and I will kill you." Miles found Riles! What the fuck will he do? And don't kill me because of the short chapter! Writer's block, and if you do kill me, I won't be able to finish the book, *derp face*, and this is like the biggest cliff hanger, EVER, so... No, no, it's not but you get the point.
