"So, you have been asked here for a simple reason." Hiram begins as ever had settled around the table. Most were sat on the outskirts of the room. With only the Berry's, Mr. Shue, Finn and Santana sat at the table itself. "Because of our children's... attatchments to you, calling in the council to assist with the Crusaders would not be ideal."
"So you want us to help you?" Blaine asks. It was a rather simple question for clarification, but it seemed to anger Hiram.
"No. If it was up to me, I would have the council involved. I could not care less if any of you were to die." Hiram growls at Blaine, who looked taken aback.
"Don't speak to him that way, Hiram." Mr. Shue warns, his voice was even but the threat was obvious. "He simply asked a question."
"Yes, Blaine." Rachel answered for her daddy. "We are asking for your help. All of you."
"Well, that's a good start." Finn sighs. "Look, all I can say is that most of what we have gone up against with the Crusaders for the most part are werewolves. No matter what else has happened to them, they will follow an Alpha."
"But that could be anyone." Puck argues.
"But we can narrow it down." Shelby remarks. "Alpha's are incredibly territorial. Look at Mr. Hudson, we know that the Mountain Top Park is his pack's territory." She looks over at Finn, who simply nods. "If any other wolves come near his territory, the Sentinels will become very aggressive to the trespassers. It is in their nature."
"Somethings cannot be erased." Leroy comments. "Especially an animals nature."
"I don't mean to sound rude, but I don't think the wolves are the problem." Santana speaks. "They are easily taken out. Our target should be the leader of the Crusaders."
"That is the end goal." Hiram nods. "But to get there, without it being a death sentence, we need to take out their forces. Without them, we stand a better chance."
"Unless they make another Abomination." Sam points out. Hiram looks over as his face grows tighter.
"Yes, that would not be an ideal situation." Hiram admits, letting out a small sigh. "But, the timeline for creating an Abomination is not a small one. It requires a lot of failed attempts."
"May I make a suggestion." Mr Shue offers, and instantly everyone sets their eyes upon him. "The Crusaders are trying to create the ultimate supernatural creature. Most of their forces will be Wolves that roamed without a pack. But their main focus? Significant supernatural creatures. The Nephilim Abomination is only one example of them attempting to succeed with their goal. But, they showed their thinking."
"Holy shit." Rachel mutters, beginning to understand what Mr. Shue was suggesting. "They're trying to mix Angelic and Demonic creatures."
"Care to explain?" Sam questions.
"So, the Abomination was made up of two creatures. A werewolf, which is demonic in its origin. But a Nephilim? It's angelic in its origin." Rachel explains. "That's why they are so keen on taking Santana and her clan. They're are said to have been blessed the Angel, meaning their gift? It's Angelic."
"There's no proof of that." Santana points out, although she did not sound convinced herself by her own statement. Even she wasn't aware of where the blessing came from. Her family had always been able to walk into the sun. And when she blooded any Vampire to her clan, they would also gain the ability.
"That may be so, Miss Lopez. But, the Crusaders seem to believe that you are the key." Shelby responds calmly, running her hand along her fore arm as her mind began to turn, then looks over towards Mr. Shue. "What you are suggesting, would be dangerous to Santana and her clan."
