"The hell does that mean?!" Dustin asked him

"I.. can't tell you, but I know we need to go back right now.. and Luke isn't picking up his phone!"

Jeremiah seemed very on edge right now, more so than either of them had ever seem him before, his calm demeanor seemed to crumble at the seams.

"Jerry! Relax, I can assist, you need to go back home yes?" Andrei asked

"Yes." He responded

"Ok, one moment."

Andrei gathered an enormous amount of prowess into his hands, so much they could feel it physically pulling on them, and even the air around them was swirling into his hands, soon after his prowess coalesced into the shape of a bow, it was massive, comparable to a ballista.

"Come." Andrei offered his hand to them both

"Oh you know I hate this Andrei.." Jeremiah said exasperated

"You have no other choice, correct?"

Jeremiah grabbed his hand while Dustin was unsure.

"What are we about to-"

"No time I'm afraid!" Jeremiah grabbed him and held him using a music measure as a rope and tied him onto his back

"What the?!-"

"Prepare yourselves, remember to hold your breath and keep your arms and legs as straight as possible, and make sure to reinforce yourself with prowess." He instructed

"Hey, guys, what's going on??"

Andre nocked them into his bow and pulled them back like an arrow, the impact sending cracks into the ground and creating almost a wind vortex from his location.

(Skip to 0:30 to see a visualizer.)

"Истинный Выстрелил."

And with that, they are launched from the bow at such high speeds the wind feels like tiny shards of glass tearing on their skin.

"AAAAHH-"

The wind knocked Dustin back, making him unable to breath or even make any noise.

Jeremiah was quick to coat them both in his prowess, which resembled sheet music. When he does this Dustin is able to breath again, letting him regain some stability, well, as much as he could being several hundred meters into the air traveling faster than sound.

"Dustin! Were you not listening?" He said "use your prowess to reinforce yourself"!"

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I didn't expect to be traveling in the air at MACH 20!"

"Alright relax, were not traveling that fast."

"I seriously cannot be hanging around you people. Hey, why are we rushing back home anyway?!"

"Oh look at that were about to land!"

"WHY ARE WE ABOUT TO CRASH INTO SOME MOUNTAINS!!?"

"Brace for impact Dustin!"

"Oh god!" Dustin reflexively reinforces himself with prowess, his resembling an electric current.

They crash into the ground right in the middle of the dome, just in front of the bar.

"Can always count on Andrei's aim, good ole Andrei.. let's see how things are going here."

"I'M ALIVE?! Oh thank god..." Dustin lies on his back

Jeremiah seems confused when he sees the buildings and he enters the bar while Dustin tries slowing his heartrate using electricity.

The people in the bar look at him and begin cheering at his arrival.

"Ahh hello everybody! Thank you so much!" Jeremiah felt like something was off

He looked up to the bar and saw Grayson was missing, only Alexis was working right now.

"Lexi?" Jeremiah asked, walking up to her. "Jerry? You've been gone for nearly 2 weeks, how's it going?"

"Hello, are you.. are you.. okay?" He asked like he was hoping for some specific answer

"Well I'm alive aren't I?" She laughed "What's up with you Jerry? You never act like this."

"Yes.. Yes! I'm just uh.. forgetting something, say.. where's Grayson at?"

"Grayson? He just said he had to go run some errands outside the city, like usual."

"He did? But the dome is still up right now, he can't have left."

"Is it?.. Well that's strange, I don't think he'd lie like that."

"Agreed, well I'm sure he'll explain when he gets back." He suggested

"Jerry? Hey what's going on? I can tell your not alright." She put her glass down and looked at him directly

"I know we don't usually talk like this but, you can talk to me if you need to." Alexis was being supportive, but it seemed like it was too much for Jeremiah

"sigh Don't be ridiculous Lexi, of course I'm fine, I suppose landing on the ground from several hundred meters in the air at incredible speeds scrambles your brain a bit, heh heh."

He rubs the back of his neck and although she couldn't see it, he was sweating.

"Hm, your lying, but I'll let it slide for now I suppose."

Jeremiah tips his hat at her and walks out the door.

Maybe.. it's different?

Jeremiah thought.

He walks out to see Dustin still lying on the ground in shock.

"Alright come on now, it wasn't that bad was it?" Jeremiah asks in a joking way

"Is it ok if I just lay in this crater for a couple minutes?"

"Are you kidding me? We have more training to do!"

Dustin groans and lies back down.
