Cole, Dustin and Luke all stood inside of the Prowess gym, they were on the first floor in one of the rooms, it was clearly of an older design compared to the one Cole and Dustin trained in before lacking the technology and training gear of newer models but it had enough so it worked.

"Alright, I'm going to train you two to get stronger and then, I'm going to remove the curse our father put on you." Luke says nodding his head in reassurance.

Luke stood tall with his hands on his hips, beaming confidence, his smile was reassuring and comforting but not overbearing, his tank top revealing his well defined musculature, he had on 2 rings for each finger and jogging pants with no shoes.

"Awesome! This is great, aren't you happy Cole?" Dustin asks.

"...Heh, yeah, let's do it then." Cole smiles.

"Alright before we get started let me explain just how prowess works, I know you learn about it in school, but they don't give you all the sick details."

"Might wanna sit down this could take a while." Luke says.

"So, prowess is basically energy, energy that when it's overused can lead you to become tired, I'm sure you know this already though. Typically you will inherit abilities that are similar to your parents, which is why I have the same one as my father, anyone can have any kind of power even if both your parents don't have any powers because as long as someone in your bloodline did, than you can too, which is why it's so common."

"Alright you've been talking for a while, when are you getting to something we don't know?" Cole interrupts.

"I thought you didn't know these things Cole."

"Well.. I didn't but I just want to get to training already."

"I'm getting there, but there is something important I have to tell you about prowess which will help your training, so just hold on for a sec." Luke Explains.

"Anyway, there are 4 different categories of prowess."

Dustin pulls out a notebook and pen.

1. Power

"Power is exactly how it sounds, usually lots of brute force in their ability but lack in other categories."

2. Precision

"Don't let the lame title fool you, with precision you are naturally very precise by nature and have an easy time hitting your "shots" metaphorically speaking, or literally in some cases, in the right hand precision prowess can be utilized very well."

3. Speed

"Speed, pretty easy to understand right? Very fast but lacking in power and/or precision. But if your enemy can't hit you then why worry about it?"

4. Hybrid

"Hybrid is the rarest of the 4 categories, it can be a combination of just 2 or even all 3 categories, although records of that are few and far between. Hybrid has by far the most potential out of the 4 but without proper training and control, you can easily fall victim to your own power."

"And that's it for now! So, you guys ready to get started?"

"Oh god yes." Cole stands up and stretches.

Dustin puts his notebook and pen away and stands up as well.

"I think I got it all." Dustin says.

"First order of business, cardio!"

"Yeah!!.. Wait WHAT?? I thought we'd get started with our power training, I wanna shoot a fireball or something!"

"No way, you'd get tired to quick, your gonna need higher energy levels to use your prowess for any decent amount of time." Luke says

"I've never really exercised before to be honest." Dustin says ashamed.

"Hey, that's okay, that just means you have the most potential out of all 3 of us!" Luke says with a smile.

"Hey, I've only been working out for a couple months now and look at me, you'll be there in no time." Cole reassured him.

Dustin smiled and nodded confidently with newfound determination.
