The team heading to the U.S. was quite large. Yuna found out that even her grandfather left the night before to witness the big event. It is a milestone for the company to have its product penetrate the Western market. Her mother had seen her the day before and she voiced out her disappointment over the plaster in her hand.  Yuna simply shrugged it off because even if she didn't injure herself, Ji-Won would find something wrong to point out to her.

Her mind drifted back to the scene earlier at her mother's house. Jin had walked her inside and respectfully greeted Ji-Won who merely gave him a quick nod because she was on the phone. Yuna saw him to the door where they shared a tight embrace. Even if they've spent the past days together, it never seemed enough. Tears fell from her eyes but she quickly brushed them away. Jin's eyes were glistening as he tried to hold back his tears as he gently brushed her chin.

"Hurry back home ok?" He said.

Home...not this cold place where she grew up. It's not even the condo where she lives at the moment. For her, home is in Jin's arms.

"I will." She replied.

Jin brushed his lips against hers before he stepped back and turned to make his way out. She heard him sniff and his hand went up to  his eyes as he walked away. That image will forever stick in her mind. She couldn't believe that Kim Seokjin would be shedding tears for her because she was leaving. He loves her and her heart doubles over with that thought.

They were at the airline's lounge as they waited for their flight to get called for boarding when Yuna decided to give Jin one last call. He answered on the first ring.

"Hey, did you change your mind? You're not leaving anymore?" He asked excitedly.

"I wish, but no, we're still waiting for our flight to board." Yuna answered.

Jin made a disappointed sound but he continued speaking.

"I'm driving to Sejun's place. Seeing Seon-ho always cheers me up, I desperately need it." He exhales. He then continues. "When you get back, it'll be almost Christmas. We'll celebrate it together."

Yuna had been thinking about what to give him for that day but she couldn't think of one. It's their first Christmas together as a couple and she wants to make it extra special.

"I'll be looking forward to that, it's going to be our first holiday together." She tells him what is on her mind. "You need to give me an idea of what you want for your gift."

Jin chuckled at what she just said.

"Do you have to ask that question? You're the only one I would like to have that day and if I get to be with you every day, it'll be Christmas every day for me."

Yuna felt her cheeks get warm in response to his words.

"You're such a sweet talker..." Just then, their flight was called for boarding. Yuna exhales. "I guess the next call I'll be making would be when I arrive in Los Angeles."

"I'm missing you already." He sighs.

Yuna's eyes brims with tears as soon as he says that because she is feeling exactly the same too.

"Me too." Yuna sniffs and clears her throat. "I love you Jin."

"I love you more." He answers back before they hang up.

It was almost lunchtime when they arrived in LA. It was a Saturday, but  they were being thrown a luncheon prepared by E.S Industries, the company they'll be partnering with. It was not the most ideal timing however, since Ji-Won approved it, no one dared protest about it. Everyone tried to appear their best, even if they were still jet-lagged. They couldn't, especially with the former CEO, Yuna's grandfather being present too.
