Jin called her just as she finished taking a shower as she got ready for bed.

"I'm sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner. I had to cover for my older brother's meetings because his wife gave birth two weeks earlier than expected. How did the dinner with your mother go?"

Yuna could see the dark circles underneath Jin's eyes. He really looks tired and she couldn't help but feel sorry about it. He has her to worry about her instead of using the time to rest.

"It wasn't bad. We got to talk about my meeting with my dad. She wasn't really upset about it." She then noticed that he was calling her from his office. "You're still at work? Have you eaten dinner yet? I hope you're eating on time, you might get sick."

"My Yuna, you don't have to worry about me. I'll be fine and yes I had dinner with my parents earlier.  We visited my brother and his wife so we could welcome our newest family member. I just went back here at the office after." Jin replies.

"How's your sister-in-law and the baby? Is it a boy or a girl?" Yuna asked curiously.

Jin gives out a long sigh.

"Another handsome member just got added to the Kim family. My nephew can claim the world wide cutest baby but I'm still the worldwide handsome of course." He laughs.

Yuna smiles as she shakes her head at Jin. He always managed to inject his sense of humor into everything. She was going to talk about the topic of him meeting with her mother but he beats her to it.

"Did she tell you that I met with her to talk about us?" He asks looking worried.

"She did. You know what? I am glad you made that move because I never got a chance to talk to her about it. That was a smart move that you booked an appointment with her assistant. I was thinking maybe next time, I should do that too so that I could get a chance to talk with her." Yuna gives a sad smile.

"I felt like it's the right thing to do just so it'll come from me and not from someone else. I wanted her to know that I'm not just playing with you."

Even though she was feeling low over what her mother said earlier, Yuna felt her insides flutter over Jin's words.

"Thank you for doing that Jin." Yuna said with sincerity. Up until now, she still couldn't believe that he liked her that much. She couldn't help but smile over that thought.

"Whoa, did the sun come out or did you just smile at me? I can't tell the difference because both can make my world turn bright." Jin said as he clutched his hands over his heart and he started to pretend he was hyperventilating.

Yuna laughs at him.

"Seriously Jin, you really know the best time to make me smile."

Jin tilts his head.

"I do huh? I sensed that something else happened during your dinner. Do you want to talk about it?" Jin could sense in her voice that her dinner with Ji-Woo wasn't as good as she said it was. He's worried that it has got to do with him telling her about his relationship with Yuna.

Yuna starts to tell her about the product launch, and how her mother regarded their relationship as good publicity because Jin's family were well respected in their business. Jin didn't seem to be bothered by it.

"We both know where we stand Yuna. People can say whatever about us but it doesn't really matter. I will go with you on that product launch because I want to show everyone how proud I am of my girlfriend who helped develop it."

"I love you." Yuna said on impulse. She is too overwhelmed with everything he is showing and doing for her.

Jin leans back against his chair with a sigh. "Wahh, hearing you say that tempts me to just leave all my work here so I could see you. Damn that 9 am meeting."
