they all finally arrived to their hotel, jay's car came first and heeseung's rental car broke down so sunoo, sunghoon, and him had to rent a new car first.

so anyways, they all went to get their hotel keys and checked in. jake was with sunghoon since he was his bestie.

"hey hoonie?" jake asked. "yes jake?" sunghoon replied. "have u ever fell in love with someone, but you dont know how to tell that person how you feel, but at the same what if that person doesnt feel the same?"

"okaaayy so ur a rapper now?" sunghoon jokes a bit. "naurr seriously" jake pouts. "sorryy, well i think u should make a move and take heeseung out! who knows if he likes you back" sunghoon answered.

"I- I-ITS NOT HEESEUNG!!" jake was flustered as his cheeks get red. "im pretty sureee it iss~" sunghoon teased jake again.

"shuttup hoonie, ur bad" jake said as he pouts. "hehe cute, well im going to the beach with sunoo, u comin?" sunghoon asked.

"YEAH!" jake turned his pout to a wide smile, and hoon could see jake's invisible doggy tail wagging excitedly.

jake have loved going to the beach since he was young, the beaches in australia in specific. but after he went to korea to study hard, it has been ages since he last went to a beach.

"ok then be quick, ill be waiting outsidee" sunghoon said as he leaves the room. jake quickly got ready and goes out following sunghoon.

as soon as they got there, jake quickly jumped in the water and swam, followed by sunoo. "hyung!! dont go too far!!" sunoo shouted from behind jake.

"okaaayy" jake shouted back as he stops swimming away. he feels the warm water around him, the airy breeze above and the beautiful sunset painted on the sky.

suddenly someone pulls jake from behind and hugs him, it was heeseung who just came with the others earlier. "gah! hyung stop scaring me-" jake said as he jumps in surprise.

"hehe sorry jakey" heeseung says as he pulls jake closer and puts his head on jake's shoulder. "enjoying the view eh?" heeseung asked as he points to the sunset.

"very." jake answered as he sighs and smiles, staring once again at the beautiful sunset. "hey, actually can i ask u smth?" heeseung asked.

"oh ok hyung" jake said as he turns around to see heeseung. but suddenly from behind jake was a big wave about to wash them down, heeseunf saw it and hugs jake.

heeseung panicked as he saw nothing but black, he couldn't breathe, he couldn't feel anything, he didn't see jake..
he felt like he was about to die.

....

when suddenly he woke up again at his hotel bed wearing a hoodie and beside him was jake sitting, looking worried.

"j-jakey..?" heeseung asked as he tries sitting. "OH HYUNG!!" heeseung said as he hugs the elder so tight and sobs.

"w-what-" heeseung was really confused, wasn't he at the beach with sunoo, sunghoon and jake? why is he in his room now?

"hyung, how do you feel right now? still sick? do you need a warmer hoodie? ill get you one right now-" jake got cut off by the elder who was so confused.

"JAEYUN! what happened??" heeseung said trying to get an answer. "w-well, we got wash over by a big wave and i-i, i couldn't help you.. and i- sunghoon saved you- i.. and y-" jake couldn't continue his words because he was crying.

"shh.. its all ok now.." heeseung said as he hugs jake who was already in tears, his eyes red and puffy, his mouth that was pouting a bit.

"jake.." heeseung said as he caresses jake's back and hair as he keeps crying. "p-promise me you'll never leave me again!" jake said as he stutters and sobs.

"yes, i promise jake.." heeseung said as he caresses jake's back more. "promise? that y-you'll always be my side?" jake asked one more time with a cute pouty face.

"yes jakey, i promise"
