It was now the next day, you and Mossguard being stood on Vanaheim, the two of you having a rather boring day once again.

You and him were going around the island to make sure all the elderly dragons along with the sentinels were accounted for at the moment.

Both you and mossguard were rather childish in the same presence despite the both of you being rather intelligent.

The two of you just got bored rather quickly, which wasn't exactly a bad thing in any way.

Except for the fact it wasn't exactly useful in some situations either.

Mossguard flew around several different trees, mainly flying around the island to stretch his wings instead of doing what the both of you had came out here for initially.

"Come on, Mossgaurd! Stay on track!" You said, slightly patting his head, almost as an extremely small 'slap' to keep him on the right track.

Mossguard roared a little before shifting around, landing on a small rock pillar and going back into place it wait for you to tell him what exactly he had to look out for.

"We need one eruptodon, two Deadly Nadders, one Rumblehorn, six Monstrous Nightmare, and 4 terrible terrors. We also have to make sure that there aren't any grim grim gnashers anywhere that are trying to harm the other dragons." You said, crossing your arms as you pat the side of his body.

He then got out of his more stiff form, and seemed to completely smoothen his movements up, before beginning to fly to the other end of the island.

You looked around the island and made sure to hold onto one of the more outward rocks within his back, since you didn't want to fall off anytime soon, as it'd definitely hurt with how uneven the land on vanaheim was.

"Hmm, we'll probably have to search the far side of the island if we want to find where the Eruptodon is, along with a few of the Monstrous Nightmares." You said as you looked around.

You spotted a few of the more basic Sentinels who were perched on their stone posts, while the others were flying around the island with little to no issues at the moment.

Mossguard roared as he made a tight turn around one of the mountains and then around the dead body of the Bewilderbeast that rested on Vanaheim.

You never questioned the dragons or tried to figure out how the bewilderbeast had showed up on the island, but you knew it was a bewilderbeast from Oswald The Agreeable's journals, who had gotten stuck on Vanaheim until he inevitably died.

This revealed the other side to Vanaheim which was seemingly empty for the most part, which was fine, since when you took a closer look there would be more dragons anyways.

Mossguard landed on the forest floor and straightened out his posture, waiting for you to get off.

You hopped off and your boots hit the grass, crossing your arms as you looked around a little for any obvious signs of where the dragons could be.

There was nothing, meaning the job just got a whole lot harder.

"Guess we better go looking." You sighed, eyes falling into a laze as you began to step forward and deeper into the forest.

The boulder class dragon scuttled after you, audible sounds of his body moving through the forest, but they weren't too loud to alert anything that he was coming in their direction.

You stepped inside a small clearing, and spotted ash around the place, before hearing two roars.

Mossguard quickly grabbed your article of clothing using a sharp rock that was attached to his wing in the form of some type of claw.

"hey! Don't do that!" You whispered, rolling your eyes at the medium sized dragon, before looking back and spotting about two Monstrous Nightmares and one Rumblehorn.

All elderly, as expected.

Mossguard made a bellowing noise as a laugh almost, before you 'shoved' him with 0 success, but got the point across that you didn't enjoy being laughed at.

Especially by a dragon like him.

"That means we have to find 4 terrible terrors, the eruptodon, 2 Deadly Nadders and 4 more Monstrous Nightmares." You spoke, before hearing 2 roars in the distance.

Deadly Nadders seemingly landed near the Monstrous Nightmares and the Rumblehorn, except this time there were three deadly Nadders.

Mossguard roared in confusion.

"Ohhhhh... maybe we have three then?" You guesses in a puzzled tone, before shaking your head and hopping back onto Mossguard's back.

Mossguard continued to roar in confusion, though he took off to the other side of the island where the rest of the dragons would probably be.

"That makes 4 Monstrous Nightmares, one Eruptodon and 4 Terrible Terrors!" You said, looking around a little as Mossguard flew overhead.

You waved to a couple of the passing sentinels or the sentinels that were going back to appearing as statues once again and becoming stiff.

Most roared back, while others just looked at both you and mossguard, the younger inhabitants of Vanaheim.

That's when about 2 Monstrous Nightmares came soaring past, being some of the newer elders of Vanaheim, who still had a little bit left in them enough to have fun.

Mossguard roared at them, but they ignored such and kept flying.

"That makes 2 down." You sighed a little, feeling the extra breeze from when they came past.

The sun was beginning to set.

Mossguard made it to the other end of Vanaheim in about 10 minutes due to both his and your detours that happen often.

He landed on the beach, moving the sand a little.

He smelt the Eruptodon and two sentinels who were just on the edge of the island.

"There they are!" You said, clapping a little for yourself and mossguard.

The Eruptodon roared at you, before both Monstrous Nightmares created rings of flames on the ground to warm up their own bedding.

"Now I'd say we head back for the day, and assume the Terrible Terrors are dead." You said bluntly, crossing your arms.

Mossguard shrieked in surprise at such a claim.

"I'm joking! We'll look for them in the morning. Y'know, when it's not dark." You stated, adjusting yourself on The Sentinel's back.

Mossguard took to the skies again and made a beeline for the cave you and him occupied.

As soon as he landed, he made his way into the cave with you, before you hopped off his back.

And there they were, 4 terrible terrors going through your mutton supply.

"Hey!" You said, eyes narrowing at the smaller dragons who noticed you there.

Mossguard shrieked at them and raised his wings. He couldn't see them, but he got the idea they were there.

Then they all scuttled away with their own pieces too.

You audibly sighed.

"Always eating for no reason."
