It had been a full day since you or the seven sentinels had slept, and it was mainly because you were all running on adrenaline.

You were stood in front of your younger brother, the one you hadn't seen in... over a decade or something?

It was easy to lose track of time on Vanaheim. Little to no holidays.

He seemed to recognize you too as he shifted on his feet a little, his gronckle roaring and waving its bulky tail around in confusion.

Mossguard roared at you, almost in either amusement or confusion, maybe even the both things.

"Y/n?" Fishlegs said, though he seemed excited instead of surprised.

"Fishlegs, you know that sentinel?" The man on the Zippleback asked.

"No- not the sentinel! The rider, my sibling!" Fishlegs said, looking to the male twin and rolling his eyes.

"Woah... you have a sibling?" The woman questioned as she pat her deadly nadder a little.

"I thought we all knew that?" The man with the night fury said.

You rolled your eyes and adjusted the hood once again, stepping forward a little as the several Sentinels in the cave roared to try and stop all the havoc going on.

"Now is not the time to be arguing about family trees." You stated, crossing your arms.

"Have you been here all these years? In vanaheim?" Fishlegs asked, breaking the short lived Silence he had experienced.

You looked to fishlegs as your eyes shifted down before going back up to make eye contact with your late younger brother.

"That doesn't matter. Right now, what matters is those dragon fliers get off Vanaheim before a new flock of elderly dragon get here and they're met with sentinels and fliers." You said, trying to diffuse the questions as you had no idea if you were genuinely able to answer such.

"They're right, but at least introduce yourself." Hiccup stated, the blonde nodding.

"Fine. I'm Y/n, that's Mossguard. The other sentinels don't have set names." You said, now waving to them to gesture for them to continue with the meeting.

"I'm Snotlout Jorgensen." Snotlout said, beginning to flex his muscles as if there was an extreme amount. "And that's hookfang."

Hookfang, the monstrous nightmare, shrieked at his rider in annoyance and scuttled across the bones to acquaint himself with the sentinels who seemed to have been there longer.

"Astrid. Hofferson. she's stormfly." One of the blonde girls said, pointing to her deadly nadder that flexed her spines.

"Ruffnut! This is Barf!" The female twin said, grinning almost mischievously as her side of the zippleback roared.

"And I'm the beautiful and much better Tuffnut, this is the more superior side of thou Zippleback. Belch." Tuffnut said dramatically, almost as if he was attempting to put on a show.

Both heads roared, one sparking and one making a small amount of gas.

"Hiccup! And this is.. toothless!" Hiccup said, a little bit socially awkward about it.

Mossguard roared in confusion, as Toothless seemed to smack his rider across the leg with a red tail fin which Mossguard could hear rather well.

"Meatlug!" Fishlegs said, since you already knew his name.

The Gronckle seemed to roar happily, wagging her tail slightly as her small wings flapped.

You nodded at most of the riders and their dragons, Astrid seemingly stepping beside Hiccup to whisper some ring to him but for the most part keeping herself with some type of friendly facade.

The dragons were acquainting themselves with each other, more with the sentinels since they were blind, and in the inevitable event they'd end up in battle together they'd have to recognize their scent in order to not attack them.

You stepped over to close the distance between you and the group, trying to make things less awkward and weird so that it wouldn't cause any future problems.

"I wouldn't count on these dragon fliers messing anything up on vanaheim. If anything, the grim gnashers might scare a few of them off." You said, crossing your arms as you leaned your weight onto one side of your body.

You had been awake for quite a while due to not wanting to sleep until vanaheim was back and the peace was restored on the island.

Along with the fact sleeping with an active raid going on seemed a little bit of an idea only a muttonhead would have.

"Is your dragon like.. radioactive? Because that's sick." Tuffnut said, pointing to Mossguard that seemed to be associating himself with Meatlug.

"It's not radioactive, you muttonhead! It's toxic!" Ruffnut said, the two beginning to bud their helmets against each other's.

You blinked at the two that were fighting about what Mossguard could've been and why he looked much different compared to the other sentinels which were in front of them.

Hiccup noticed the confusion.

"Don't worry, they're always like that." Hiccup sighed, toothless using his head to break the two apart.

"It just seems weird..." you said, squinting as you watched them try to argue with Toothless.

"they were born weird." Snotlout deadpanned.

"You're in that same boat." Astrid hummed.

"That doesn't matter, guys!" Fishlegs said walking over to the three, and moving Ruffnut away from Tuffnut rather quickly.

Stormfly roared and looked up at the ceiling of the hollow bone when dragon roars were heard, meaning a few singetails had just passed overhead of the skeleton.

"We have to be quiet. I wouldn't count on this to hold all of us making noise." You stated, looking at the ceiling.

One of the four female sentinels shook her head back and forth.

"We need to make a plan on how we're going to get vanaheim back before the dragon fliers decide to do irreversible damage." Astrid told the group, stormfly running over to her rider.

"Totally! We leave, head back to berk or the edge, and have a nice feast to forget about this!" Snotlout said, sounding almost proud of himself.

"Maybe later." Hiccup said.

"Let's stay on track." You sighed.
