CAM'S POINT OF VIEW

CAM woke up with a small groan as he placed a hand to his forehead which was aching as though he'd been knocked out.

He sat up on his mattress in his and Lucy's shared room, frowning slightly when he realised that he was in bed. He couldn't recall going to bed the night before.

Shrugging the forgetfulness off, he got up and out of bed, noticing a small glass filled with water, a small paper note next to it said 'drink me!'

This made the boy laugh softly to himself. He grabbed a blue jumper of his off of the chair that sat in the corner of the room. It had been designated as the chair for essentially dumping clothes on.

Lucy and Cam found it funny how much that chair pissed off George.

Shrugging the jumper on, he made his way downstairs. As he came to the kitchen floor, he paused in front of a mirror that hung in the hallway. The brunette tugged on the front of his jumper, improving the illusion of having a flat chest.

It hadn't struck him that he must have slept in his binder all night. It certainly wasn't a smart idea, but Cam couldn't even remember when he went to sleep, so he didn't stress about it.

No noise came from the house. It was completely silent. Cam's brow furrowed as he listened for anyone, "Hello?" he called out into the hallway.

"Cam? Are you awake?" he heard Lucy's voice break the silence in the house. He quickly entered the kitchen, where the girl was waiting by the toaster.

"Hey," he said as he walked into the room, "Where did everybody else go?" he asked the redhead, not entirely sure what had happened that meant neither of them had to go.

Lucy passed him a note from the bench, "Wraith-hunting?" he read aloud, frowning as he looked up at the girl, "I don't understand why they wouldn't bring either of us.

A ringing sound started to echo through his ears again, making the boy turn around to face the door which led down to the basement, "Can you hear that?" he asked, glancing at her for a second as he approached the door, "Hear what?"

"That ringing sound," Cam told her, hesitating at the door, "Do you really not-"

"How could you not realise it was an execution site?" an annoyed voice from outside of the room cut Cam off. He could hear Lockwood, Annie and George as they entered the house, one of them stomping around very loudly.

"Because you gave us no time to research, again!" George quipped back. Cam and Lucy walked out into the hallway where the three agents were hanging up their equipment, none of them looking too satisfied about the job.
